I wish I could give zero stars. There have been so many problems here I don’t even know where to start. Management is awful and does not care about the residents at all. The AC broke multiple times, taking weeks for them to do anything about it. Now it has been out for about 6 months. It broke going into winter, but it would still be 80 – 85 degrees in mine and my neighbors apartments WITH the windows open. Right now it is a temperate February and I came home from work to it being 90 degrees in my apartment. The office manager is only in the office maybe half the time of the posted office hours. Maybe half. Maybe. Water pipes have busted multiple times in people’s apartments, shutting off the water for everyone for a day or two at a time. I had to buy a couple gallons of water and try and wash myself as effectively as possible in the sink and tub dumping water on myself. One time my AC unit(when it actually worked) started leaking water out of my ceiling in the bathroom. I told them about it and they did not send anyone to do anything about it for 3 or 4 days. My entire bathroom flooded as well as about half of my living room because they took so long to remedy the situation. There is a bed bug problem here. Thankfully I haven’t had them pop up in my apartment but my neighbors had them and management wouldn’t send out an exterminator until he went in there filming them and raising hell. There is also an abundance of roaches and spiders. They’re supposed to send you the utility bill in the beginning of every month. I have only actually received it twice. They will then send you a letter several days later threatening to evict you for not paying the bill that they never provided. This has happened several times and they can’t seem to ever get it right. There are only about half of the parking spots that are necessary and if you don’t pay for covered parking you will end up needing to park out on the street, sometimes on the next block because so many cars are parked there. To top everything off a car hit my parked car in the parking lot and I don’t know who it was. To be fair, this one isn’t managements fault. I’m not even going to complain about the fact that this apartment is also right in the flight path of Love Field. I got used to the planes. In conclusion, I would only ever rent here again if my choices were here or being homeless. Just don’t do it.
