Mi-T-Fine Car Wash

I won’t come here again. The interior work is poor. Poor vacuuming and no wipe down. Today, I arrived a minute before closing (4:59 pm) and their workers hid hoping I’d just turn around and leave. One finally came out and he told me their computers «turn off» at 5 pm so they couldn’t wash my car. Haha. I was partially at fault for showing up right at closing, but to hide and then lie left a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be back.

So I got my car washed here last week and the car wash did a few hundred dollars of damage to my vehicle. Why am I giving them a four star review you say? Because life happens and how someone responds to these unforeseen and unwanted events tells you a lot about who they are. I didn’t notice the damage to my back bumper until the day after. Apparently one of the cloth pieces hit a crevice where my bumper attaches just right, got stuck and whaamo baamo riped my bumper. At this point I’m missing the days when car bumpers were all made of metal! Anywhoo, I called them and they invited me out to file a report. They were very nice admitting to the damage with no arguments. Of course it probably didn’t hurt that there were still blue fibers left from the cloth car washing apparatus stuck in my bumper. None the less they were solid and honest. All to rare these days. For the record I used the service where you stay in your vehicle and they only wash the outside. It was very clean, including the wheels. Had there not been a freak accident it would have been a great job for the money. Keep up the good work Mi-​T Fine!

the most expensive car wash ever. BEWARE of the ‘manager’s special’ coupon! I came to get my car washed using this special, and after the job was done, the job wasn’t done. They failed to clean the paw prints off my back seat, left bug guts on my bumper, windshield, frontal roof, rearview mirrors (seriously.did they even put any effort into cleaning? I think not.) I returned to the guy directing the flow of cars and pointed out the job undone, requesting that they clean all the dead bugs from my car. He had me pull around to the side, an employee scrubbed them off by hand, and then the only way out was for me to back out (as I was not going back through the entire carwash again). Backing out was a tight squeeze, and little did I know, a white, concrete, half-​wall was behind me (that I could not see in my rearview mirror… because it was a HALF wall, not visible) and I hit it with my back bumper, shattering my tail light, disjointing my bumper, and scratching it. NOT ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE came over to check on me, my car… they were all around, but NO ONE came! I called my insurance company for half an hour, finally went to the manager, who’s only offering was to «write a report»…how the hell is that going to help me? I will now have to pay $ 500 to have this fixed, and run the risk of my insurance rates now going up. If Mi-​T-​Fine had just done the job right to begin with, I would not be in this position… and Mi-​T-​Fine has offered NOTHING to help.
BEWARE, people… and if you ever have to pull over to the side, NOTE, that there is a concrete half-​wall behind you that you may not be able to see.

Not… in… a… hurry… to… do… anything. Exterior wash clients take priority over full service customers and the attendants are slow and lazy.

Do not waste your time coming here. After sitting in a line and watching about 4 cars ahead of me in the next line over I finally got help. The man told me that they do not wipe down the inside of the cars… They do offer a service that wipes down the inside, but need longer than 30 minutes to do it. I was there in plenty of time before you wasted my time!

Fast fast fast! I got the manager’s special and expected it to take forever so they had to come find me to tell me the car was ready. Embarrassed, but very impressed.

$ 19.99/ Month, unlimited exterior washes… can’t beat that. That includes the hand drying. I look at the gas station carwashes and cringe due to the price and quality of the equipment.

Oh mah gawd YES. I get the $ 12.99 combo where you roll through the (very!) long car wash while still inside your car, and 6 – 8 minutes later your car comes out sparkling clean and totally dried. The $ 12.99 doesn’t include any interior work, but I’m OCD about the interior about my car so I don’t need anything done, You even get a five-​day guarantee with your wash, where if something happens like a random dust-​storm or bird poo or cat walking across the hood of your car, you can go back within five days and get the same carwash for free. Can’t beat it.
Of course, if you want interior cleaning, they have more expensive combos for that — but it takes longer and you have to get out of your car. The $ 12.99 does me beautifully tho. I highly recommend this place.

Service was not good, the exterior wash is extremely slow, the hand dry was awful and in the end the car still had a lot of dirty spots, specially in the back. The are definitely better places with better prices.

The car wash itself is okay not great but the customer service by the employees is the worst I’ve ever seen nobody gives a darn

Decided to splurge on the membership deal for $ 19.99 a month. Unlimited exterior washes, I’ll probably start coming about once a week so I’ll be sure to get my money’s worth. Car came out looking great. Can’t wait to go again once the rain comes down or some bird poop.

This place reminds me of the car wash on Breaking Bad. Unfortunately, we did not run into Walter White, but we did get one heck of a deal.
For $ 20, well, $ 19.95, we got the inside and outside very clean. The receipt says that there is a five day guarantee, which means that you can bring back your vehicle within five days and they will run it through the wash again, for free. This option also included a car scent.
The workers were extremely hard working and did an excellent job on our car. The inside and outside look very clean.
We will be back!

I went to many car washes and the workers here are horrible, I got out of my car to grab a towel to wipe off a wet spot on my door and the worker stopped me and wouldn’t let me grab the towel, he said you paid $ 6 you can’t touch it. Horrible service and the manager Jose silva, don’t know how he became manager

This is only my second time here, and despite the fact that it’s a little hard to get to via south bound Greenville, it’s a great spot. I rolled up with 10 mins before they closed and I honestly expected to be turned away. I’m not sure why, maybe because to me getting a full service car wash is a lengthy process. I was offered the daily special, which I took, for a steal at $ 16.99 for interior and exterior cleaning from stem to stern. Inside, I was greeted promptly by the cashier and after being entirely too indecisive, she was kind enough to recommend a scent for my grocery-​getter. What more can you really say? Friendly, fast, and thorough. For my car wash needs, I will be back here for sure.

If only I could give a negative star rating because 1 star is way too generous. Don’t come here! I was quoted $ 30 by an associate for an interior cleaning of a smart for two and when I got in to pay I was charged $ 49!!! When the clerk ringing me up talked to the manager all they could say was sorry we gave you the wrong price! No, your employee, a representative of your company quoted me $ 30 after speaking with some guy named JP so you should honor that price. It’s not my fault your employee gave me the wrong price. Also, you can not tell me the same amount of time, energy and material goes into cleaning a smart car vs a fucking Cadillac Denali. On top of that I was told I HAD to get the exterior wash for $ 12 even though we didn’t want it! Go fuck yourself Mi-​T-​Fine car wash. You will never have my business again so I hope the $ 20 you screwed me out of was worth it.

Paid $ 19.99 for a manager special car wash. After the third time of asking the guy to wipe down the wheels (it is included) we just gave up. Will not return. Waste of time and money.

This place is great. Super friendly. They did a fantastic job on my suburban after being at the ranch (with dogs). I will keep going back.

Service is great, but I was quoted one price in line and another price ($ 5 more) when I got to the cashier. Hard to be pleased with good service when you feel like you’ve been ripped off.

I’ve been using to this location to get my car washed for about 8 years. It’s even out of my way now, but I’ve been hooked. They sold me with excellent costumer service in the beginning and that has made me a loyal fan. In fact the same girl has worked the inside counter since I’ve been going here. The entire process is so easy. You pull up in your car and tell the attendant what you want. There are different specials all the time, like waxing, or cleaning the interior. They always have the manager special for about $ 15 that includes vacuuming the car, running it through the car wash, Armor-​All the tires, hand dry the car, and they semi clean the interior and windows as well. While you wait on your car you can hang out in the shop where they have coke machines, coffee, greeting cards, sunglasses, candles, car accessories, etc. The fun part is they also have windows where you can watch your car go through the wash. Then when your car is ready they wave their towel in the air and your set to go. Depending on the how many cars are in front of you, you can be in and out (TWSS) in about 10 – 20 minutes.
