Description

Specialties

Home buyers and sellers, particularly those living, or looking to live in, the areas in and around downtown Dallas (Uptown, Oak Lawn, East Dallas, North Dallas and North Oak Cliff).

The homes in these areas run the spectrum of condominiums (highrise or otherwise), townhomes, historic homes, and new «in-fill» construction, we work with all of these «product types.»

History

Established in 2000.

When I received my Texas real estate license in early 2000 I began working with one of the area’s top residential brokerages along McKinney Avenue in the heart of the Uptown area. Over the years I’ve worked for lesser known and, as well known, brokerages trying to find the right fit for myself and my clients.

Now, almost 15 years later, I am running my own «shop» no longer distracted by the interruptions of the typical brokerage model and continue to run a consumer centric business with a great fan base/referral base.

Meet the Business Owner

Matt W.

Business Owner

From the wholesomeness of the midwest, Matt Watson was raised in the outskirts of Kansas City, Missouri making his way through traditional school, and on to what’s now called Park University, a small, private university along the banks of the Missouri River. While attending school and graduating with honors with a Bachelors of Science in Management/Accounting he landed his first big accounting position with Arthur Anderson Consulting. Fast forward a few years and that same job is relocating him to Dallas, Texas. Quite the exciting moment for someone that’s always wanted to live in a warmer climate, away from snow.

A few short years later, Matt is working at the headquarters of a national restaurant chain in their accounting department, realizing that it was time for a big change.

In February of 2000 he gave up the comforts of corporate life and became an «independent contractor» and now, years later, looks back and knows it was one of his best decisions made ever.
