Mark’s will not ever receive another dime from me. They engage in deceptive trade practices. Came in for oil change one time and they recommended the high mileage oil change at $ 20.00 more. When I asked how much longer would it last me, I was told that I should continue with oil changes as recommended by my car manufacturer. Well I’m not going to pay an extra money for the same every 3000 miles. I told myself next time, I’d just get the regular oil change. Well I went back on yesterday for an oil change and no one asked me anything. When I checked out it was $ 66 dollars. I asked why? I was told that I was given the high mileage oil change again. I was told that now I would have to request NOT to be given the high mileage oil change. So they trick you into obtaining a higher service, but don’t advise you that you will keep paying the higher rate. Fool me once.

Went here for an oil change and new filter. Service was good, staff was polite and they give you a free car vacuum with all oil changes.
