She tries to bill both you AND the insurance company at the same time for your first visit. The second visit is supposed to be $ 175 but I was billed $ 250 for the second visit, and could not see her until I paid it. Then when I showed up for my second visit, she erased my appt. and never told me after I had to go across town via the bus and trains. So the receptionist set me up another visit and then the «dr» calls me and tells me that SHE is dropping me after only ONE visit.
