I rarely write a review, but after my experience with Kristi and Lease Locators… I had to share!
I’ve worked with other locators in the past who would send me a list of apartments, then I’d visit… and none of the quotes would be right. but with Kristi and Lease Locators… everything was perfect!!!
She sent me multiple options, even met me at a few places… and I could tell, she knew what she was doing. It’s obvious that Kristi keeps a close relationship with multiple properties throughout Dallas/​Fort Worth, and she is definitely on the ball.
Ultimately I found a place that I love, got an amazing deal… and to top it off, I got a FREE move!
DO NOT waste your time with other locators, Kristi and her team at Lease Locators… knows what they’re doing and they will take care of you!!!

Preston Chaney did a great job in helping us find the perfect apartment. Being new to the city and not knowing anything about it, he made sure we had the best location. He was informative, consistent and hard working. I love my apartment and would definitely use lease locators again in the future.

Got sent a decent list of properties. Pretty informative sent them in to who was assisting me for the next step I think he said was visiting. Haven’t heard from him in like 3 weeks. Guess I’ll be on my own.

Kristi Berryhill with Lease Locators was so incredibly helpful! I moved from Virginia to Dallas and had to get an apartment without even seeing it beforehand. Kristi was very easy to work with and made sure I had many options that fit my need. She even went and toured apartments and videotaped/​facetimed me so that I could feel like I was in the apartment. I am so happy with the place she found for me and would recommend her to anyone!

Kristi Berryhill with lease locators is THE BEST! My fiancé and I have moved several times and I wouldn’t trust anyone else finding our growing family our new home. She has found our last 2 leases and we couldn’t be happier. Anything you need this is your girl.
