My next appointment will be my last with them. Doc appeared to be pretty good, but that front office staff just takes away anything that could make this a good experience. I can’t get my prescriptions filled because they don’t give messages to the doctor; or it could be the doctor, I really don’t know. Regardless, I run out of medicine after leaving messages for a week, being promised that I would be called back, and never hearing back from anyone. They told me that my insurance wouldn’t pay for an appointment, so I paid, but then they billed my insurance and my insurance paid too. The nurse who calls you back, I guess is in a really big hurry. By the time I got up from my chair and walked through the door, she was no where to be seen. She had already turned 1 of the 2 corners I could chose to turn. Then called for me with an annoyed tone in her voice. There are plenty of doctors in the Dallas area. Go to another one.
