The owner(Kim)don’t know anything about customer service l had been going there for years. But I will not spend my money and have the business owner talk to my like a dog. Go at your own risk!

This place is no frills. The nail services are basic. You can find similar or higher quality services for the same price. I’m bumping my review up a star though because I loved my facial and because there is rarely a wait. The facial products she used were simple(like cetaphil and rose water) but she also used a suction machine to clean my pores. I walked out with plump skin and improved complexion. It was the same price as my higher end facials($ 55) but I loved that I could just walk in.

As soon as I sat down for my mani/pedi I felt like royalty. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. They definitely cater to you! I will be coming back very soon! I felt like a million dollars walking out(:

They do amazing job with French tip mani pedi. Loved the paraffin treatment for your hands before they start your mani.

I really like this place. I’m shocked that others don’t. I actually prefer the low key atmosphere in this salon compared to others in the area. They have a very clean facility, which is appreciated. All the technicians are friendly and helpful. You definitely get a great mani– pedi for the price-and a neck massage, paraffin wax, and hot towel service is included in the basic service. I love that they complete the mani while you’re seated in the pedi massage chair.

OMGoodness, I cannot believe the reviews for this place. For one thing, a stone manicure is NOT standard, at least not at $ 25…but you know what you do get included in the price of your standard pedicure, free PARAFIN and a 5−10min shoulder massage… that is not standard. No they don’t offer cocktails or wine, but I have gone with girlfriends and we have taken it with us, but this place is by far the cheapest around for a mani/pedi it costs $ 40(parafin and shoulder rub included)…if they don’t offer you water(Its about 50⁄50 that they do) ask for it. I’ve been going here for at least 5 years if not longer and cant even think of going anywhere else, in fact, I drive out of my way to go here

I’ve had a pedicure, but never a manicure. So, today that was a first for me. I was perfectly happy with the service. The workers nicely explained prices, not trying to convince me of anything, just factually. They were polite and efficient, directing me nicely when I didn’t know quite what to do. It’s very easy for me to feel uncomfortable in a new service business, but I didn’t at all. The room was nicely lit and wasn’t loud. I was very happy with both manicure and pedicure, as the several obvious regular customers(they greeted employees by name) seemed to be as well. I’ve been to places that were a little more luxurious, but they solidly got the job done.

I always end up coming back to this place. I actually find the staff to be very pleasant and they remember me and what I like. Basic pedi is just $ 25 but you can always add extras and I find that my pedicures here last for weeks without chipping. No frills like free cocktails or wine so if that’s important to you, this isn’t your place. If you are looking for a quality pedicure, you’ll find it here.

Was hoping to get a gel manicure while on lunch. I walk in and was sat down pretty quick. I asked what they charge for gellac and she said 25. Then asks if I wanted a manicure with it… Well every other place cuts my cuticles so why is it extra? It’s actually around 40? I said id go someplace else and left. No wonder it’s so slow. I go to that shopping center a lot and rarely see people in there. Not surprised!

Very nice ladies. Not the fanciest place but nice enough. Also gay-friendly. We actually prefer this place to the one on Cedar Springs.

I really hope that after reading my review you think about never setting foot in this establishment. I went in to get the gel taken off my nails. So I sat with this lady in less than 7 minutes cut me with the file, burnt me with acetone and was trying to take the gel of my nails with her own finger nails!!! When I explained I didn’t feel comfortable anymore and I wanted to pay whatever I owed her and go, the lady in charge came over and told me I had to pay the full amount or have them finish the work. I dont know exactly how this people stay in business but I am pretty sure it’s not because of their nails

Decent place, but I’ve had better. It’s clean and bright, which is good. The people aren’t particularly friendly and they don’t do a hot stone massage on a basic pedicure, which I’m used to now and thought was fairly standard. They never offered anything to drink(not even soda/water, forget wine), which I also thought was pretty standard. It would have been a solid 3 star, but the customer service was severely lacking. They open at 10 am and I was supposed to get pedicures with my friend and her daughter. They arrived at 10 on the dot, I arrived at 10:03. When she got there she told him there were 3 of us and we wanted to be together and they went ahead and seated them. When I got there a guy was barely in front of me(we walked in together, he just was the 1st one through the door.) She waived and told them I was her 3rd and they still seated him first and helped him first. The problem was that they didn’t have anyone left to help me so I had to wait for 25 minutes.(So their pedicures were almost done when mine was starting.) Seeing as how the rest of my party was already there and said I was coming any minute, they should have taken me first — especially since he and I walked in together. The kicker was when they tried to seat him at the only free chair next to them and both they and I had to insist that they leave that chair open for me, as we were together.(There were about 10 other chairs free in the salon.) It’s a shame. I keep wanting to find a place closer to me since I moved downtown. But I still can’t beat my nail salon in Irving and will continue making the 30 min drive just to go there. Sorry to have cheated on you, Allure!
