I am very happy here and have no complaints. I welcome my interactions in the office — always positive and responsive. I enjoy the community events as I have met my neighbors which increases my feeling of a safe community.

It’s nice clean apartment complex. No views. Matinance and leasing office are friendly and respond quickly. I do think that they are over priced though

Noisy, bed bugs, poor ventilation, management rude. PLEASE READ AND FIND A BETTER PLACE!!!
–Being next to the Tollway is very noisy
–It’s true what all are saying about it being too hot in summer snd too cold in winter in second room. They didn’t even put vents in the 2^nd bedroom. It’s just s circulator/​blower. The person sleeping in that room will be miserable.
–There’s only ONE entrance in and out of complex and it’s the southbound tollway access road. It gets backed up awfully there on Frankford. Takes a while to get anywhere, even if it’s close.
–They take DNA sample of your dog’s butt so in case they find poop on property, they can pin it on you. This costs you extra for DNA sample if you have pets on top of already high deposit
–They nickel and dime you on move out checklist. I was charged for the most ridiculous things.
–Manager Callie is just fake and a mean person. You don’t want to get on her bad side.
–I had so many leaks. Maintenance was always at my place. Poor original construction.
–My neighbor had bed bugs and was treated awfully because of it by the management
–They change owners/​mgt companies all the time
–One day I simply thought it was trash day (honest mistake and my first) so they actually opened my garbage bags, dug through my mail and took pictures of my mail and garbage and sent me a mean letter with a $ 50 fee and pics of my personal mail (in trash). ALL that work for putting out my trash on the wrong day. I felt very violated.
–Good luck picking up your packages. They are notorious for not alerting you in time when a package arrives. Then they close when they want or just aren’t available when you go pick up your package. Constant nuisance.
MANY MORE REASONS FOR YOU TO KEEP LOOKING!!! Don’t let yourself be treated like I was and don’t fall prey to all these annoyances. It won’t be a pleasurable living experience. :/

I toured this community and I thought it was very nice, pretty and well maintained. I toured the actually apartment that I could «possibly» move into. I would have moved here BUT… I was told that I have to pay for internet and cable. I currently have internet and its about $ 18.00 a month, and I like it that way. Moving can be a bit pricey so to tell someone they have to pay an additional 85.00 for cable and internet is Ridiculous! How can someone tell you «hey by the way you have no choice to pay for something you don’t even want» If that’s the case they should just go ahead and factor that 85.00 into the rent instead of saying the rent is 850.00 because IT’S NOT! It’s like they have a deal with either that Time Warner Acct Manger to bring them new business or something.
The leasing agent was nice and helpful but of course they all are when trying to get you in. The apartment was lovely, very nice, I loved the stairs and the garden tub. If it wasn’t for them forcing cable in my pockets I would have considered. Please add the cable packet into the rent instead of waisting people’s time. Just because you are prewired for it does not mean residents are responsible for it.

If you’re moving in to view an interactive screen in the office or how cool the boardrooms are, you’re not looking for a cool apartment. Wait till you have to pay for basic cable for $ 80.00 a month that’s a no option deal. If you want HD you have to go through TW to get a digital box.(another $ 40 if you want HBO) so you’re spending $ 120+ on TV? If you didn’t have to pay their cable you could a full package through TW with HBO and all HD for $ 89.00 w Internet. Scam. Staff has changed twice since move in. And they’re angry. They have never changed air filter. My fridge had cigarette burns, when I asked if they could change it out, they said «no». «We can’t switch appliances.

I absolutely love living here! We have been here since August and will be renewing our lease with them. We love our attached garage and that living on the second floor still means that we enter at the bottom floor. The community is clean, quiet and close to everything… Restaurants, bars, shopping… I love my HUGE patio and the trash pick up. Maintenance is fabulous and the office staff is very professional and courteous.

Management will paint a Rosy picture to entice You to move in. August will be 3 years for me. I can’t speak for every tenant here, but it’s anything but rosy as management is indifferent to anything I say about anything. Corporate Office only has a system to leave a msg. Of course they don’t call You back. As I’m not the type who moves from property to property, I’m considering paying to get the issue resolved myself. SUCKS.

The La Salle is a beautiful property. And the clubhouse is gorgeous. What’s really cool is that they have an interactive big screen on the wall in the leasing office. So you can touch the screen and pull up the floor plans, big clear pictures of the community, and you can check out what else is nearby in the area. That was a cool feature. And then they have a nice lounge/​conference room with a TV. And of course the office staff was so nice.
