History
Established in 2010.
After graduating from Texas Tech University in Lubbock in 2010, I decided to dedicate my life to helping others reach their fitness goals.
With a Masters in Exercise Physiology, I knew I had the background to change lives. I began working at Royal Oaks Country Club and quickly established myself as an elite fitness trainer and goal-achiever. I began to wonder how I could help others outside the club and established K.O. Fitness.
This company was designed with the customer in mind. I am a huge fan of customer service and believe I should lead by example with my business. K.O. Fitness is in-home personal training designed with your needs in mind.
I have spent the last five years developing a business that excels in training, nutrition, meal plans, online training, supplement guides all with the goal of keeping the highest standards of customer service.

Business Owner
I grew up in Waxahachie, Texas playing a multitude of sports including soccer, baseball, basketball, football and power tumbling. I attended Texas Tech University to pursue my dream of working in the sports industry and helping others. While at Tech, I was a teaching assistant in Exercise Physiology and Resistance Training and Conditioning classes among others.
I interned at Baylor Tom Landry in Dallas, Texas working with the personal trainers and helping with member retention. I have worked with both athletes and non-athletes and believe that every individual is unique.
With a focus on health management, my goal is to motivate clients through fun and effective exercise routines and nutritional guidelines that not only meet, but also exceed, clients’ expectations.
