Dr K. Foxworth is the best. She is very attentive and listens to your concerns and take action. She immediately had test ordered and a CT scan done. She immediately sent me to the vascular surgeon. The surgeon indicated that I was a very lucky and blessed young lady. I saw him that Tuesday and had surgery Friday. I will tell all that Dr. Foxworth is one in a million.

I went to Kessler because it was convenient for my work location. I could walk right over during lunch (worked at Methodist) so this was great.
The physician I saw was wonderful!!! Really wonderful. Soothing wait room as well. However the practice needs some organizational help.
— I had to call multiple times to straighten out a prescription issue. They kept sending the wrong rx to Walgreens.
— Had to call multiple times to get rx transferred to new pharmacy when I moved. Not sure it was ever worked out; I gave up.
— Every appointment I had was cancelled and needed to be rescheduled. I understand busy schedules, but it would be good to have a PA or NP that can take the visits for well-​woman appointments! This would help with the cancellations and wait times.
— Had a really unfortunate phone encounter with someone regarding transfer and access to my medical records. Perhaps she was new or misinformed, but she was very wrong and very rude! It seems common sense that if you did not know, you would ask someone instead of pretending you knew. Or that you would be polite about not knowing! This just was the last straw in all the frustrating interactions.
— Really complicated and outdated process for requesting a medical record copy
Yes I am using Unilocal for venting purposes. As I said, great clinicians! Intelligent, knowledgeable and friendly. Very approachable. The front desk staff was friendly as well. But if you need to call to get anything done — expect it to take days. You need more patience than I have!

If you want constant schedule cancelations, notification of these cancelations the moment you arrive at the appointment (completely inconveniencing your day), an unsympathetic staff, and for your doctor to not even deliver your baby, then this is the place to go!
This place is overbooked, schedules surgeries the same day as regular appointments, and the staff is absolutely not trained to deal with upset patients when these inconveniences happen (hello… pregancy causes bigger emotions — they should know this and be professional!).
I feel bad for the doctors at this practice who are losing customers because of how their office is managed. I was crying because I drove 45 minutes to get there, my husband and I both took off work & I simply wanted to hear my baby’s heartbeat just to make sure everything was ok as I’m only 8 weeks along. My husband came to my defense and the office administrator yelled (IN FRONT OF the other patients in the lobby and the staff), «I feel sorry for your wife!!» She then kicked us out and told us I was no longer a patient there. Absolutely crazy when it could have been handled so many other ways (for example as soon as they knew the doctor may have been running late, call me?). This escalated and was handled in the most unprofessional manner.
Regardless of how they will try to defend themselves, it is not appropriate to tell someone as they are arriving (literally 5 minutes before my appointment started) to say I needed to come back another day. I get that emergency surgeries happen, and if it were me on the table, I would want my doctor giving me their undivided attention, but the staff should know that as the doctor wasn’t even in the building to start notifying patients ASAP, or at least a warning that it was a possibility to reschedule before completely throwing off my day.
