I agree with the Katie and Mary. NO STARS. The absolute worst living experience of my life. It was so bad that I became physically ill from the stress of dealing with the owner/​manager. If you enjoy being degraded, harassed, and living in constant chaos, 4414 Worth is the place for you!

–Gates remain open majority of the time
You do not get what you pay for here. If this is the ONLY place on earth that you’re able to live, then know your rights as a tenant. Never leave your apartment. In fact, hide as much as you can or be as invisible as possible. Do not ask for anything much less point out any violations of any sort. Just keep your head down, keep quiet, and take the beatings!

Stars? I don’t think so .I concur with Katie — DO NOT move into any properties owned by this «landlord» — difficult is a mild description. This landlord is argumentative and verbally abusive. The pinnacle of my experience there is when the plumbing backed up. Raw sewage filled tenants’ bathtub’s on one side of the building for three days. My electronic lock was removed from my unit when building code violations were reported to the city (gaps between the windows and walls — I could see outside through the gaps). GIGANTIC cockroaches crawled on the walls. The electronic gate was broken until another tenant got tired of it being broken and decided to fix it. Yes, apartments are entered at will with no notification. My deposit was not refunded though I left the unit in much better condition than I found it. I am so glad I moved.

NOOOOO Starsssss. Do not move into this property. Awful management and landlord. Very difficult landlord and harasses the tenants. Comes when pleases into your place if you’re there or not. Will make up a cost to charge tenants for anything possible. Something as simple as a small nail hole in the wall. The floors were never refinished when I moved in and claimed they were. Have the inventory sheet to prove but said it wasn’t valid. It was not the one they had on file. Which was one they completed prior to me even looking at the property and was completed by one of their employees. Cool looking place and great people live there, but not worth it with the management company. Keep looking!
