Very popular around lunch time. If you’re wanting a salad and soup bypass the line and go straight to the kiosk. This was a huge plus! Maybe it was just a «lunch time thing», but the salad bar was pretty sparse. The lettuce bowls were less than half full, and I noticed there’s no more pickled okra(this is seriously one of my favorite things and what I had my heart set on!), also they didn’t have diced boiled eggs… You could get a whole one though. I had the beef stew with my salad and it was excellent. Very hot and lots of meat. I could have easily made a meal of that. Then time for dessert. Mmm! I noticed too that the little ice cream bowls are gone. You can use a cone or a tiny plate(by the muffins). It just seems that there were several«little» things that led me I leave a little lower rating.

My experience today was just ok… I haven’t been here for years and I see why… I purchased the half sandwich and soup. It took a long time before I received my lunch… Everyone at my table received theirs and the people behind me received theirs as well. When everyone was finished I received my lunch… Lucky for me, I actually like my soup cold… That’s why they received 3 stars and not 2… The gumbo was ok… Very bland, however full of shrimp… I should’ve had the salad bar… Quick and I only have myself to blame!

My favorite sandwich is the«Poppa Joe» and it is delicious! Turkey and pesto on toasted focaccia bread with asiago! So good, I wish they made a larger size!

Great service, great food. The Rueben was great, the kids got the penne pasta meatball and loved it. Service was fast and courteous, we didn’t feel rushed, even in the lunch rush, which was pretty crowded. Oh, and can’t beat free ice cream – chocolate, vanilla, and swirl. Great way to motivate the kids to eat all their food!

My favorite lunch spot. I love the menu choices but my top pick is the salad bar. Lots of fresh organic vegetables and always clean. There are more than enough choices to make a whole meal from the salad bar, plus a free soft serve cone for desert. The self-pay salad bar kiosk is a big time saver and $ 7.89 plus tax is almost as cheap as a fast food lunch so I can come more often without straining the lunch budget. It’s a busy place at the noon rush hour but the tables get cleaned immediately after someone leaves so there is always a clean table. My co-workers always know where I want to go so Jason’s is our lunch destination 2 – 3 times a week. If I’m lunching alone there is no debate. ***no animals were harmed in the production of this review***

Waaaay packed at lunchtime and the tables are entirely too small. Three adult men feel like we’re sitting on one another’s lap and there’s no place to put your plate(s) and drinks.

I like the food at Jason’s Deli. Pretty standard lunch food and their extensive menu makes it easy to eat healthy for lunch. The low rating is for this location. It’s always hella crowded during lunch, so I always place my orders to go. Plus I’m the type that works and eats at the same time. Anyway, on three different occasions I’ve ordered food from this location and EVERYSINGLETIME they leave something off my order. I thought the ease of ordering online would reduce these kinds of mishaps. I guess not. I guess the checklist they use isn’t reviewed, because basic stuff(like soup or cookies) wouldn’t be left off. It will be a while before I come back.

LOVELOVELOVE! This is the perfect place to grab a quick, hot lunch during the work day. They are always fast and efficient and get my order correct. They have even given me a free cookie on occasion.

I’m from Michigan and ate here once while in town. It was my first and probably last time eating at this chain. It was packed with business people at lunch. A little dirty. We ordered a Cuben and a Ruben. Meh. I expected much better quality of food and portions based on their website and menu. It’s average. Not bad. I just was not impressed.

This is one of the few Jason’s I know of that is not open on Sunday. I stopped going here a few years ago, after a manager insisted on charging me a quarter for an extra dollop of margarine(they don’t use real butter). I thought he was making a joke, but he was dead serious. And that was after I had already paid with a credit card. I’ve been asking for extra butter with their Texas Style Spud for years. They put the butter underneath the beef and cheese, so by the time you have actually gotten down to the potato, the butter has melted into a pool on the plate, and you’re eating a dry potato, hence the request for some extra butter on the side. But this manager thought it made sense to antagonize a customer over a few pennies worth of product. I dropped off a comment card, which I assume was fished out of the box and thrown away, as I never got a response from corporate. Well, that jerk is long gone, so I’ve been coming back occasionally. I’d eat here more often if they were open on Sunday. The décor is standard 90’s era Jason’s, and is due for a facelift. They have no problem making off-menu items like the Texas Spud, or the Spud Au jus. Just because an item is no longer listed doesn’t mean they can’t still make it. Just ask. They also have a good deal of outside seating, which is nice in the spring and fall. If I had a magic wand, I’d wave it and turn the place into a Great Outdoors, but we’re stuck with what we have.

We love this place. My office eats here at least once a week. It is a great healthy option for a good price. Diana is just wonderful and friendly. The whole staff is great, and the food is wonderful. My office recently had an event catered by this location and they did a great job as well.

Jason’s deli is decent. It is semi heathy. The reason I give it 3 stars is because of the quality of the food. The food served is not the best and it is not the absolute worst. If you’re just looking for a quick bite or are craving a sandwich this is the place. Some of their items are microwaved. An average meal would probably cost you 10 dollars. It’s a decent place.

When I worked in Downtown Dallas, I loved going to Jason’s Deli– quick, good, and you get some awesome soft serve ice cream to help pick you up from your hectic grown up adult work day. I don’t work downtown anymore, but luckily there’s still a Jason’s Deli nearby my new job. Not all Jason’s Delis are the same! The line went fast, orders were taken quickly. That’s about where the quickness ends. I take my number, grab my drink, then sit down and shove that number onto the holder doohickey thing so the runners know where to drop my food off. I wait… and wait… Guy comes by with two plates that don’t look like either one of our orders. Asks«number 15?» Our numbers say 30 and 82. Politely tell him nope and he goes on looking for the right table. Friend gets her food a few minutes later, I’m still waiting. Wait some more. Finally take my number up there and the guy tells me the runner is out there with my order looking for me. He finds me and I noticed that my soup isn’t with the order, he says he’ll get it. Never does. I have to walk up there and request it. The manager proceeds to give me a cup of soup that’s been sitting on the counter for who knows how long, instead of just scooping me a new bowl. Fantastic. Sandwich wasn’t good either, you could tell they just threw a bunch of junk without really paying attention to what they were making. Even the soft serve ice cream was terrible. Yes, I realized I just spent a lot of time talking about a bunch of first world issues at a sandwich shop haha. Downtown Jason’s Deli= good. This Jason’s Deli= bad.

Stop here once a week as its the most healthy option for this part of town. Great salad bar that is well maintained and consistently good. Recently updated interior makes for comfortable dining. The manager Wayne is a super friendly guy who makes you feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. We often order lunch delivery from here when we have office lunch meetings as food is always a pleaser and always on time.

Food is delicious! But this location is always SUPER packed around lunch time, and it takes a while to get your food. I suggest if you are coming during any type of peak hours to get it To Go with call ahead.

We had a catered lunch for our class. The lunch consisted of sandwiches(wraps), chips, fruit, and desert. The sandwich wraps were pretty good. Philly style chicken or beef had a bit of a kick. The blue chips and salsa were a good match along with the fruit.

Great lunch option and always a solid hit. The food is delicious and very often healthy for you. The salad bar is a smörgåsbord of really is there anything you don’t want. This location is right around the corner from my office so I’m here often, just never thought of writing a review for it(sorry kids for the delay), but like oh so many Jason’s Deli’s around lunch time they can get crowded. The upside is there’s not a whole lot of waiting in line just order, get your drink, sit down, and they bring the food to you.
