I have used Inspection 360 on five different houses in Fort Worth. Chip Irving is the most experienced home inspector i have ever dealt with. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and I always know the report will be the most thorough report I could ever expect. My repeat business is a testament to a job well done!

Nico was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He answered all my questions and invited me to follow up with him if anything else came up. Very detail oriented.

I did my homework in researching the right home inspector through BBB, Google Reviews, Unilocal,Angieslist. Inspect360 had high marks on every site and Nicolas Thomas’ name came up the most frequently. Nicolas did an outstanding job with our new construction home inspection. He took his time and tested every aspect that most inspectors would have overlooked to save time. Even the builder’s listing agent was impressed by the amount of hours spent. Today we had Chip Irving do our inspection on a home we are purchasing. He then presented us with our report along with a break down of each item. He is very knowledgable of what he finds during the inspection which makes his presentation very easy to follow along. He points out areas of concern followed with what they like to see in those areas to pass an inspection. He answered all of our questions completely. His personality is very open and invites you to ask him anything. We have also had another house previously inspected by Tyler last month. Tyler portrayed the same qualities as Chip towards us. This tells us that Inspection360 employs quality people that really are there for your service. They have now helped us twice and we would recommend them to anyone!

Nicolas «Nico» completed the inspection on our first home purchase. We did not know what to expect from the inspection and thought it would just be someone taking a look and then we receive an email later that day with the notes. I am glad I was wrong, because Nico spent another hour or so going through the report. The 30pg+ report was filled with details that we never saw and were right in our face. Nico is very good with electrical so that portion of the report had great detail of stuff that we never thought of.
I would highly recommend Nico for your inspections as he inspects every home as if he will be living there. There is no corners cut and he will tell you what is considered «deficient» so that you are fully aware of what you are getting into with your new home purchase.

We used Chip from Inspect360 for our 4000 sqft home in Carrollton. He was on time, well dressed, professional, polite, courteous, detailed, and friendly. He was very detailed in the items he picked up on, answered ALL of our questions (even after a 4+ hour inspection he sat at the table with us for over an hour to review what he was finding). I had my house inspected by Inspect360 2 years ago, just now thought about writing a review on Unilocal.The inspector that did my house, I can’t recall his name (Chip?), was a professional in all aspects. The inspection took about 2 – 2 hours if I remember correctly. Within 24 hours I had a full report, including pictures and well written descriptions of everything the inspector found. The detail was so great he even went into electrical outlets front plates that needed to be tightened.
I would not think twice about hiring them again, or recommending them to anyone who asks.

Nico was very thorough and great to work with. After the inspection he walked us through every item from the report, which we truly appreciated and immediately felt it was money well spent. He is a wealth of knowledge and we will definitely be using Inspect 360 in the future. Thanks!

I am currently looking for a home and needed the usual home inspection. I called these guys and they have a very good schedule, can usually get you in quick. My first one was with Chip and he saved me from the purchase by finding large quantities of mold in the attic. That deal died and on to another… Nico came out and after his inspection it was clear that a pack of blind monkeys did the renovation of the historic property. I’m 3 deals down… and hoping that I can find something manageable. I’ll use them again when it’s time and trust in their reports. They are very thorough… which you want as a buyer, I’m no so sure the sellers are happy.

I have used Inspect 360 and several of their inspectors on many occasions. Always on time, always professional, and PICKY! A good thing for an inspector. Inspect 360 is My favorite company! Since I am a Broker/​Realtor I have a lot of other companies with which to compare. These are real pros and I’d highly recommend them to anyone and have!

Chip came out to inspect our new (first time homeowners) home out in Oak Cliff. He was very thorough and explained everything in an easy-​to-​understand manner. He was honest and straight to the point. Of course it didn’t hurt that it the house didn’t need much work, but he was great. Would definitely use Inspect360 again!

We were in a bit of a bind with a tight closing date. Lance was able to turn our inspection around on time and did an amazingly thorough job. Online scheduling made the process very easy.
The same day of the inspection, we received a very thorough electronic report with pictures and written details of every major element of the house. We’re moving into an older home, and I feel much more comfortable with the purchase knowing so much more about the property.

Lance did the home inspection for the house we currently have under contract. The online scheduling process was very easy, even after hours. At the Inspection review, he was very professional, thorough, and documented all the findings in detail, along with pictures. He communicated everything very clearly and it was easy to understand the repair suggests to someone who is a non-​expert. He spent the time to show and explain the findings and made sure I understood everything. To top it off, he was able to email the results to me while we were still on-​site.
I would want Lance to inspect any home that I was looking to buy or sell. He did a fantastic job! Excellent and professional in every aspect!
