Meh… Not impressed. I may be wrong, but the secret sauce tasted like mayo, mustard, and ketchup mixed together.

This place is great! If you want a good burger fast or to-go, this is it. It always tastes fresh, the food is always put together nice and neat, great customer service, and clean environment. I usually get the #2 which is a cheeseburger, fry and drink, which I always get the pink lemonade. It’s amazing. I’ve heard of the animal style secret menu option but after reading a few reviews on here I’ve never heard of the secret menu option called protein style. I will definitely be trying it. BUT the burger is so good how it comes it might be hard. Not so sure why this place doesn’t have a 5 star rating *****!! It definitely deserves it. I don’t usually write reviews but I did just because more people should give them the rating the deserve.

This is a fast food burger joint. I give them thumbs up for having good staff and for using fresh ingredients. However, beyond that this place is nothing special. The burgers are too small for my liking, but they are priced accordingly. The fries, which are prepared fresh, are mediocre tasting. ie most other fast food chains have better fries. This particular visit I decided to get everything animal style. Everyone raves about this but it isn’t on the menu. You can get your burger animal-style for free but there is a charge to get your fries animal style. I ordered the double double animal style. It was fine. I really don’t have anything negative or positive to say about it. I also ordered the fries animal style. To me this tasted borderline disgusting. It was right on the edge between«ok» and«vomit.» I didn’t like that at all and will never order it again. I was going to compare it to the Ghost Pepper Fries at Wendy’s but there really is no comparison. The Ghost Pepper fries are 100 times better. Service was slow, just like whataburger but it’s possible the car in front of me simply ordered a ton of food. I’m really not sure why anyone would think this place is incredible. There are dozens and dozens and dozens of better burger joints in Dallas. I just went here because I was in the area and it was after 10pm.

Came here with my wife wanting to try a different burger joint. Where do I start? All of the food was flavorless. Seeing as how I am a purist with my burgers, even though I got mine plain, there should still be some flavor from the meat. The meat was a little too red for my liking and the fries were stale, soggy little mediocrites. Barely got two stars from me.

overall In n Out is okay I am not too big of a fan. Cleanliness– It was very clean. After every group ate a worker would come by and clean the table before somebody sat down. The bathroom also was spotless. Staff– The staff was very nice and friendly. Ordering was a breeze and picking up was also easy. the food– The burgers are good but, I just feel like the onions have such a dominant taste. I don’t know if in n out always does this but a whole slice of onion is just unnecessary to me. I got animal fries and they put too much of the sauce to the point where I couldn’t pull out the fries! The normal fries ALWAYS feel like cardboard but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

While on vacation out west, one must visit In N Out. I love In N Out. I love it so much that I never want it to come to the east coast because I would eat there weekly and that would be bad. I like that it’s my little vacation spot. I especially like that most locations are open until at least 1AM and therefore after an event I can go there, get a burger and fries, and relax for a bit. One may say service is slow but keep in mind In N Out makes everything fresh to order. If you don’t like that, go elsewhere. The staff was friendly. Plenty of seating. Not as crowded as the LA locations. Definitely good standby when in the area.

In-N-Out Burger used to just be a place I went to on vacation to California or Arizona. When I moved to Dallas a few years back, I was delighted to find out that In-N-Out had expanded into Texas. The Customer Service is top-notch and the prices tend to be better than the competition, and you get far greater quality. The Double-double with ketchup and mustard and grilled onions is a divine combination and the French fries are fresh-cut and delicious on their own or animal-style. If you’re looking to cut the carbs, I suggest the Double-double protein-style with mustard, which is two beef patties wrapped in lettuce. I survived Whole 30 by going protein-style in times of need.

During my trip in Dallas I was excited to try In & Out. All I knew from them is what I’ve seen online. As soon as I arrived and got the rental car, even before getting to the hotel; we stopped here and got ourselves two single cheese burgers with animal fries. The lady at the cashier was very polite and excited that this was our first time trying In & Out. The menu is simple and to the point and prices are very good. We placed our order and took a seat. Soon after our number was called and we rushed for our meal. For being a fast food place, the presentation was very nice and it looked so appetizing. The first bite was amazing! It tasted so fresh and the spinal sauce really complemented the burger. The fries were so good. Loved the onions! Will definitely come back if I find myself in a State with In & Out. We need some of these in Florida.

First time I ate at in n out burger I had a double double combo, the burger was really good in a classic America way nice and greasy. I fries were ok but, lukewarm. But the place had excellent impolite service.

This location is awesome! I have yet to order food from this particular location where it was not up to par. It’s hot, fresh, and tastes fantastic. What I really love about this location is the staff. They are all young, but actually nice. Not«professional», but genuinely nice… which matters to me. Also, I love sitting watching them cut my fries fresh.

This is one of my favorite fast food burger chains. The fries are cut in the restaurant and the beef patties are never frozen, just fresh ingredients. I normally get the double double. Also, asking for the animal fries is a treat, it’s an order of french fries topped with cheese and the animal sauce. It’s really good. The milkshakes are very good as well, made with real ice cream. Overall, you get a nice burger and fries with fresh ingredients. Too sad there’s not one in Houston yet.

Don’t let anyone tell you«the California in-n-outs are better!» Cuz that just ain’t true. As a California native and in-n-out aficionado, I have had many burgers from many different locations and the food has always been consistently delicious. The service at this location was just a tad bit slower then most, but this could have just been an off day. Order your burger like this; Double double Add ketchup Whole grilled +grilled onions Add chopped chilies. YOU’REWELCOME

I stopped in at this location, hungry for some delicious fast food after romping around HPB for 2 hours. Like any In-N-Out, it was packed, but the staff had the process down to a tee and got our orders out quickly. A couple folks behind me noticed that the ketchup pumps were out, and instead of gawking at the pumps like those folks were, I went to the counter and requested ketchup assistance. Even with the late lunch rush, the staff replaced the ketchup dispensers promptly. Thumbs up.

I like this In N Out because it is close to home, but I notice that they are not so great at the lettuce wrap on my beloved protein-style burgers. It comes out as more of a «bun-substitute» rather than a wrap. But the service is typically friendly, and efficient. It’s easy to get to from the expressway. I’ll be back.

I think 3.5 stars is fair for this place. On the positive side, the double burger was prepared to order and fresh and hot. I could not taste any ketchup or mustard but it was seasoned well. I really liked the fresh lettuce and tomato. I was less a fan of two slices of American cheese, the taste of which was predominant and a bit overpowering. The fries were not very good. They were not crispy and I thought they were frozen but the bag said fresh potatoes. I guess they simply were not cooked long enough. Prices are very reasonable. The personnel was friendly. I can see myself returning even though at the end of the day it’s just another fast food burger. Better than McDonalds by a mile, but I think my favorite is still Wendy’s if I am going to do the fast food thing.

My theory on In-N-Out: their burgers taste 100x better when you know you can’t get them all the time. I guarantee you everyone who raves about it is either a die-hard native Californian or is someone who lives at least two hours away from the nearest In-N-Out. This was my second trip to In-N-Out in Dallas; the first time was several years ago and all I could remember about it was that at the time I didn’t think it met the hype. But, seeing as people really can’t get enough of In-N-Out, I decided to stop through one more time driving on my way out of Houston. Knowing this would be my only meal of the day, I ordered the double double burger, plain and dry, with animal style fries.* *Note: I always thought animal fries meant that the fries were literally shaped like animals(lol I swear I’m not dumb) but I discovered that it actually means fries lathered in cheese, onions, and Thousand Island dressing. While I was definitely disappointed that my fries weren’t shaped like cute lions and elephants, the animal style totally made up for it — so yummy and the contrast between the saltiness of the fries and the tanginess of the dressing was perfection. You can also get your burger cooked animal style and I’m totally doing this next time. Another note — would not recommend animal style if you’re eating in the car because it would be way messy. The burger was great; I was afraid the double double would be way too much but it was actually the perfect size because I was really hungry and the bun was light and fluffy enough that I think a single patty wouldn’t have quite been enough. I’d say the fast food burger it’s most similar to would be a Whataburger burger, but In-N-Out is less heavy. 5⁄5 for service(people were so friendly) and prices. A single cheeseburger is only about $ 2.50, which is pretty great if you ask me. While I can’t say I’d come here all the time if we had one in Houston(though those animal fries might bring me back more often than I’d like), this is definitely a great fast food stop — both for quality and price — for road tripping through Dallas or California!

Can’t remember if I tried in-n-out a long time ago when I was last in L.A., but I have been wanting to for as long as I can recall. I have to say that it’s got a surprisingly simple menu with just the three burger choices. Reminds me of the McDonald’s early days. That simplicity makes it so much better for someone who just wants to try it once. And let me tell you INO doesn’t disappoint. Bright cheerful décor, clean with friendly employees. And the food stands up to the hype. I just did the cheeseburger; no need for the double for me. The Fries are one size and fair-priced; the skinny stick variety, hot and not overly greasy like Five Guys. This place has to be a stop on any vacation where you find it.

Oh In-N-Out. How do I love thee? I love thee double double Animal style, sliced, not, diced. With fries well done. You have never let me down. Ever! I’ve loved you from Cali to Texas. I have loved you on sunny days and cold days. I have loved you when I’m in the shower. Oh those In N out uRgEs! They just pop up unexpectedly. I love thee with secret coded communication. Oops! Not so secret anymore. I love your freshness. Never frozen. Veggies chill and crisp. I love your onion options. I love your bun that holds up under pressure. I love your cheese that’s not from«down under», but, American. I love how it melts all over your meat. I just FUC’n love you. Peace, Love, Out! Burgers for life!
