Exceeded my expectations! My car looks like new and makes me never want to let my kids eat in it again! This shop works wonders and really does the time to do a good job. I got great customer service and felt very comfortable like my car was in good hands. Best of all when I got my car back the seats were dry already, none of that having to sit on paper! Many thank yous to I will detail for restoring my baby back to it’s glory.

This is hands down the best experience I have ever had with getting my car cleaned and detailed. I must admit pulling up I was a bit concerned because it’s not what I expected, but Otis was fantastic. My car was in horrible shape with dog hair everywhere, the seats were stained, and it just was in need of some major help! Otis did a miracle and it looks nicer than when I first bought it! I will 100% recommend I Will Detail to friends and will returning customer. He spent so much time on my car and I know that this is truly a passion of his! He educated us about many things as well as gave us pointers for the future on things with the car moving forward. Basically I would highly recommend Otis and I Will Detail and was very impressed.

This place is awesome ! They just moved to a new location so call their number with the new directions. I never leave reviews but the owners Otis and Cynthia went out of their way to fit me in on the same day and the interior of my car is amazing. It looks like I just bought it today ! I bought a used 2014 BMW from a dealership but they didn’t detail the car. I wanted it detailed to have the look and feel of a brand new car off the lot. After seeing reviews on Unilocal,I decided to give Otis a call and his work was nothing less than exceptional. He took time and consideration with my car and spent 2 hours detailing the inside. His quality and attention to work is 2^nd to none. If you are looking for someone who will deliver on top quality detail services, call Otis, you will be more than pleased.

Otis did an amazing job on my Nissan Altima! He truly cares about customer service and made my car look amazing and ready for sale. I got the $ 129 «Ready to Sell» package and this guy truly delivers. The exterior was hand-​washed and waxed and the red paint shone like the day I got it. He took the time to do extra work to get the stains out of my carpet and suck this juice-​like material out of the driver-​side door/​floor (don’t know how that got there!). He cleaned the inside rims of my tires and really did make my car look show quality. Because there was so much work to be done, it took longer than the regular 2-​hours that it normally takes, but Otis kept me updated.
Can’t say enough about what a wonderful job Otis did. He even came in on his day off because I said I wanted my car detailed ASAP and he was booked solid through the week. I Will Detail is professional, friendly, and truly cares about the customer.
I would definitely recommend Otis to my friends and anyone reading this review. His services are reasonably priced and you will certainly get a lot of bang for your buck.
A couple of tips:
–If you call the number listed on the website, you may get a strange dial-​tone saying that the number you are trying to reach is out of the service area. I received this message the first 2 times I called, but then it rang normally and went to voicemail (if Otis wasn’t available to pick-​up). If this happens to you, try calling from a landline or a different phone.
–If you’re looking for the location to drop-​off your car, the drop-​off is currently at J&L Auto Shop off RL Thornton (I 30) — do not look for signage for I Will Detail.

I found this business on Unilocal.Other business reviews didn’t compare so I took my large SUV that previously belonged to a family member because it badly needed to be detailed. Gooey drink spills and who knows what in the cup holders and console, lots of dirt and debris on the floors, stains on the carpet and seats, dust, dirty doors, etc. The SUV looks amazing now! All that dirt is gone! He even got scratches out. It’s shiny, clean and smells and looks good like a new car. He even got scratches out. I drove to meet my mom afterwards and she didn’t even recognize the car lol. I also found a button I had been looking for, for days but I must have been distracted by the dirt from before lol I’m very glad I called Otis and that he found a way to fit me in. They are very friendly and caring and I will always use and regret people to him.

What a professional! So well done. Quality work for reasonable pricing & prime customer service. I will reuse Otis’ services time & time again, as needed. THANKS, Otis (& son)!!!

Odis is amazing. I needed some minor scratches and some lite swirls marks removed from the paint. After Odis finished, the exterior looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. He also detailed the engine and interior, and treated the leather seats. He will definitely get my business again. My care never looked this good.

Outstanding work by Otis and his team. Did a really thorough job of cleaning, buffing, claying, and waxing the exterior, treating all the rubber gaskets, then getting inside, removing dog and smoking smell and cleaning and conditioning the dash, instrument cluster, center console, and doors. Fixed all the minor scratching on the exterior.
One small (truly small) quibble: streaks and a couple of marks left on glass. The rest of the car looked amazing.

Otis is honest and thorough in his work. He was always open to answering any questions I had. He went above and beyond and never hurried through any parts. I asked for him to buff out some scratches, in addition to exterior and interior detailing. He found scratches I couldn’t see and took care of it all. My car is black, so it required even more care when waxing and the work is impeccable. To clean my cup holder, he removed the whole part and soaked it. And I had never been able to get some white stuff out that is in the linings of my door. Otis did it. He even cleaned out rust I never noticed in my rubber linings. Then there were some residual smoke in the vents from the car’s previous owner that I could never get rid of. Well, Otis worked some miracle and got it out. I can’t help but smile whenever I drive my car now.
You can and should trust Otis with your car. For the hours that he’s taking care of your vehicle, I think he might love it more than you. He even taught me how to fix a little burn hole on the seat! He spoke with pride about his work and it’s obvious why. Incredible work and customer service. I am certainly bringing my mom’s car to him for the detail when we sell it.

I’m selling my car and my truck and called him to detail them both. I’ve had my vehicles detailed before, but not to this level of excellence. Inside, outside, motor, everything was spotless. If I could I’d give him a sixth star. I highly recommend!

WOW. Wow, wow, wow. That is all we could say after seeing the finished job by these guys on my husband’s severely (cosmetically) neglected Ford F-​150. There’s just no other word that really seems to fit.
The backstory: my husband has had a ’98 F-​150 for years and years. He got it in high school and it endured all the dust, heat, and beating sun rays that West Texas has to offer. He’s not a guy who is really into cars, so washing the thing (ever) was not really on his list since it’s Lubbock and it gets dusty daily. This poor truck has been waxed only a few times resulting in oxidation in some areas, and as a teenage driver took the wheel, it saw more than it’s fair share of drive thru posts and dumpsters in tight back alleyways. Sadness. The interior fared worse. The steering wheel took a beating from daily use and intense heat, and if you’ve ever had an older model car, you know the cupholders don’t work well for today’s soft drink cups. The F-​150 has a cupholder on the middle console between the two front seats, and, if you apply the brakes, it will promptly launch your full soda or coffee to the dash or the floorboards down below. Excellent! Since DH isn’t a cleaner, soda stains have sat there for years. So, you get the picture.
Enter Otis. Otis worked a friggin’ MIRACLE on this truck as we put it up for sale. It’s virtually unrecognizable. The outside is so polished and the maroon color is vibrant again, the wheels shiny as if they were brand new. He showed DH how he could get out some of the tougher paint scuffs and oxidation spots with a special polish but we opted not to go that route since the vehicle still looks absolutely awesome considering what it’s been through (and for the price we’ll get for it). These guys cleaned over a decade’s worth of caked-​on dust and dirt from the engine (twice) and it looks incredible. They did a killer job on the interior too — looks miles and miles better than it did pre-​clean. The soda stain? Gone. Carpets and seats were also shampooed twice, the dash cleaned, and the steering wheel looks crazy good. I just don’t know what else to say except that these guys are miracle workers. They do a ridiculously awesome job. Period.
My husband commented several times how nice and genuine Otis was and how he just seemed to enjoy doing what he does. He even offered to give us a discount when we opted not to use the special polish since he then couldn’t apply wax to the corroded areas, which means not only do these guys do a great job, but they are also very fair and honest.
Hands down, we will always use these guys in the future. Incredible work, incredible service, incredible people. Thank you, Otis!

They don’t just wash cars, they detail. And they don’t just detail, they pay attention to detail. And they don’t just pay attention to detail, they make it a point to stand out from competitors, large and small.
Want convenience? They come to you! Give them a location, any location… whether it be your work, your home, a public space… anywhere as long as it’s in the Dallas metro!
In search of efficiency? Expect a 2 – 3 hour job max… and they dry out your shampooed seats before returning your car! Add in an extra star for me since I got a same day appointment!
Expect genuine customer service? Otis is probably one of the most sincere, nicest business owners I’ve met in a while.
What about quality? The only thing that this man loves more than cars is making cars look beautiful. He was able to breath new life into the interior and exterior of my neglected car. He basically got it in the condition it was (minus my scratches) when I bought it.
Looking for a good value? Incredible. These two guys (Otis and his son) worked tirelessly to make sure I was happy with the result. And I was. This guy is the man! For a fair price, he hooked up my foggy headlights, got most of my coffee and makeup stains out that previous detailers couldn’t do, and then some.
A hardworking duo that are more than deserving of their 5-​star review… I was very pleased with the customer service and the quality of my car. Look no further for auto detailing… these guys won’t bamboozle you and they will do a way better job than most other large chains.

Otis and his son did an excellent job detailing my car! I was thrilled they came to me to make it even more convenient and well, possible! There was no way I could have gotten away from work long enough to get this done. Otis was extremely friendly and professional. My work made him move where he was set up twice and he never put up a fuss or even showed one ounce of frustration or annoyance. I was feeling bad he had to move around, but he made it seem like no big deal and just seemed happy to be cleaning my car. Which was super dirty and I was kind of embarrassed, but after seeing how excited he got I could tell he truly enjoyed transforming dirty cars to look new! And it did! I was amazed at how my car looked brand new! They definitely took their time and didn’t cut any corners. I am very happy with their detailing, cost and love for what they do.

Found Otis on Unilocal and the reviews were so good (and his prices were very reasonable) so I figured I’d give him a call. At the time, I didn’t even realize that he did mobile detailing. BONUS!
He and his team got here around 2 pm and worked their butts off until 6 pm cleaning my filthy, sap-​encrusted, majorly-​neglected CRV. The car looks outstanding. I felt like the Publishers Clearing house commercial when I went outside — my hand flew up to my mouth, I started bouncing up and down. Truly a miraculous makeover. Otis, you are amazing!
