History

Established in 2012.

HR People Partners is a consultancy group made up of HR Leaders and Practitioners who leverage their talents as Innovative People Partners. The founding partners have been in the HR business for over 20 years, achieved Masters Degrees in HR Management and possess HR certifications. Experience includes work in HR small business operations, corporate shared service models and government and compliance industries.

The team is experienced in HR system selection, implementation, and deployment, evaluation of business processes and efforts on streamlining HR operations across talent acquisition, onboarding, performance and development as well as automating routine transactional HR processes. In addition, change management strategies and PeoplePlans have been developed, as leading initiatives are only as successful as the change initiative that is leveraged.

Our team possesses over forty years of combined Human Resources experience, working with fortune 500 companies as well as service in the military and local government. Owners have Masters Degrees with majors in Business and Human Resources Management and have worked closely with Organizational Executive Teams on strategic HR projects.
