I wish I could give them a lower star than 1 star. Walked into the store today and was not greeted or anything. I walked around the store and finally decided on a washer dryer set. I informed the front desk that I liked one but wanted to see if negotiation was possible. This lady went back and got an older man who brought a piece of paper with the same price the lady quoted me. I asked again if I could get a better deal please and he threw the paper at me and walked away. I asked the lady this is how you guys treat your customers and she replied I guess so.
Please save your self the embarrassment and find a real business. These guys have no respect for customers and no manners.

Contacting the business is hit or miss, as the business number is a cell phone, rarely answered, and the voice mail is full so you can’t leave a message.
I purchased a washer and dryer combo. It came with a 90 day warranty. The washer made some noises shortly after the purchase. I didn’t call it in and the washer broke ~ 120 days after purchase. my fault. I called to purchase another washer and was not able to get any responses. I finally got an answer on the the phone, as it is rarely answered and just rolls into a voice mail is full message. I spoke to the person and he said to text him and some information and he would respond to set up the delivery of the replacement washer. I never received a response and gave up on them.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I am in the process of a horrific experience with this business. The refrigerator I bought has been making noises since they delivered it. After calling them 4 TIMES to get a repair man out (supposed 90-​day labor warranty), the guy comes only to tell me the noise is normal. He also gets his boss on the phone who says this is just how the refrigerator was made. I called an outside appliance repair man the next day who showed me the frightening botch job they did «refurbishing» the fridge, which was what was causing the noise (and a leak I didn’t know about). Now, they are giving me the runaround about refunding my $ for the fridge. I am looking at pursuing a law suit because these guys are CROOKS.

I bought a set of front loading washer/​dryer from Rodrigo at Home Appliances. The delivered a set that had damage & It and was not the set i picked out the next day. We didn’t get them hooked up until the following day. The dryer caught on fire I could hear a cracklings and frying noise and a lot of smoke came out. They sent the repair guys put and they said it was just excess of lint burning out of the machine. They ran it until the smoke stopped. A couple weeks passes and I am noticing I am having to dry clothes a couple times to dry completely and there are a couple error codes showing on the display. I called the company again early around 10am and they asked for my address so they could «send someone out right away». 6pm passes and I sent a text saying I guess no one was coming that day. No response, no call, no show. This was a Monday. I waited until Saturday and called again. They forgot. They forgot? They came that day and picked up the dryer and left a smaller, much cheaper & older dryer for me to use while they take mine for repair. This unit was reading the same error code and requiring multiple runs to dry. 2 weeks come and go. No call nothing. I call and leave a voicemail. No call back. Yesterday marks the 18^th day. I told them I just want my money back several days ago. Been given the run around. Won’t answer my calls. Voicemail is full. Don’t respond to texts. They were supposed to pick up the appliances last night or this morning. It’s almost 3:30pm. Same thing. Won’t answer the phone, won’t text back. Voicemail full. Do not buy here. Poor appliances. Horrifying customer etiquette. No customer service.
