We are an independent insurance agency that specializes in providing employee benefits solutions for Texas based, privately held business. We handle health, dental, life, vision, and disability insurance, as well as other special products based on a company’s needs. We are veteran owned and confident in saying you will not find an insurance broker with as much knowledge and care at any other insurance agencies. We don’t just sell insurance; we educate our clients in the implementation of an employee benefits strategy and help them manage it for the life of the relationship.
History
Established in 2011.
Holloway Benefit Concepts (HBC) was founded in early 2011. Founder, Ryan Holloway, wanting to help more folks in a direct capacity than he could on the corporate insurance side entered the consulting community so he could work with employers directly and individuals. In the last four years HBC has grown four times its initial size meeting our mission — to educate area small and medium sized businesses on current employee benefit programs and trends.

Holloway Benefit Concepts was founded in early 2011. After having served a little over 8 years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, Ryan transitioned from being a full-time Marine into an HR professional in January of 2003. This began his journey and started his passion for helping employees and companies alike.
Ryan went to work for a Third Party Administrator that administered COBA, FSA and HRA plans and then went on to spend several years with a major insurance provider who focused on partially self-funded solutions for small and medium sized employers. Ryan then spent just over 4 years with a major regional broker here in Texas.
Picking up on the entrepreneurial spirit of his clients and colleagues alike, Ryan started Holloway Benefit Concepts in early 2011 with one mission — to educate area small and medium sized businesses on current employee benefit programs and trends.
