After 8 years as a senior IRS civil tax litigation and criminal tax prosecutor attorney, I have been representing clients against the IRS in these areas.
I continue to handle IRS complex Audits and Collection investigations and Criminal tax investigations as well as related appeals, Tax Court Litigation, and Negotiating with the Department of justice to get criminal cases dropped or plea bargain agreements and sentencing process as needed.
