Great Service!!! Yesterday my laptop hard drive crashed, and it had all of my important documents on it for work. The tech was very knowledgeable on the phone, and scheduled a same day appointment to come out to Plano. The tech did recovered all of my data within a couple of hours, because he understand my situation to recover my data quickly for a project, or he was just damn good at he’s job. The price was lower then everyone I called for their mobile service to come out resolve my hard drive issues on the websites. So I highly recommend!!!

Pricey but great work!

I used these guys back in 2010, I wanted to avoid the expense of geeksquad. They sent out an older guy who I believe was a contract for work type of IT guy not an employee. He told me my laptop needed a new hard drive, I paid for it and he installed it only to have the same problem start happening the very next day. They had a warranty, the owner Oliver was nice but kept my laptop for almost 2 months trying to resolve the issue & he displayed my laptop in the reception area of his condo building and it was working for a video he played but when getting it home after about an hour of use the problem happened again the computer died and would not restart. I took it up to Geeksquad at BestBuy & they found out that my motherboard was fried in a matter of 15 minutes which was a common issue on my HP laptop it turns out. Geeksquad told me to just buy a new laptop from bestbuy but I bought a new motherboard online and took it up to Micro Center in Richardson, paid $ 70 for the labor to install it and there you go. Should have went to Micro Center first but did not know about them until a friend told me.

Half Price Geeks definitely saved me time & money! I was having issues with my hard drive, so I began to google computer repair companies. I called HPG since I figured they were close to my area. I spoke to Oliver & he came out the same day & fixed it within an hour. Oliver was very nice, courteous, & knew exactly what the issue was.
