Hair Fairies is fantastic! They were extremely helpful and thorough. They completely got rid of my little ones lice and made her feel so comfortable while she was there. I would highly recommend them!

I have called the number listed for this business several times within operating hours and nobody EVER answers or returns my message. Worst customer service ever. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This place has a chic, soothing vibe like a nice salon. You almost forget the horrible reason you’re there! My technician Leidi was kind, courteous, and professional. The service takes a loooong time, but neither hurts nor smells bad– kinda like an extended head scratch with essential oils. Prepare to spend A LOT for the peace of mind that it’s done RIGHT.

I’ll give Hair Fairies one star for geographic location, and one for getting the job mostly done. I have had 2 experiences with this situation. The first time(2 years ago) we went to Texas Lice Squad in Carrollton and had a great experience and this time we tried Hair Fairies because of its location, with my other daughter who had some nits, but no lice was found. Both establishments are $ 95 per hour, but the carrollton clinic is clearly a better deal if you don’t mind the drive, and over all going to the Carrollton clinic will save you time and money. Hair Fairies took 4 – 5 times the amount of time each visit and required a 2nd treatment, so even more time and $. Texas lice squad did a very thorough job the first time, I had to bring her back for a recheck(no charge) after a week, to be sure the job was done right, which is was, but no retreatment was required. So overall, if you have a lot of time to spare and don’t care about spending $ 500 and like the proximity to Dallas and the Park Cities, use Hair Fairies. If you want the job done right in a time-efficient manner the first time, and don’t mind driving there 2 times,(the 2nd to do the recheck) I’d use Texas lice Squad. Texas Lice squad is also more private… private rooms, etc. More of a clinical setting run my an RN, more education and piece of mind and they don’t try to sell you a bunch of stuff.

April was my technician and she was great! I called the same day I found out my friend who works with kids had lice, and they squeezed me in after closing time. Thankfully, I didn’t need treatment, but the screening was quick and easy and their willingness to stay late shows that they have great customer service. The store front is a bit difficult to find. The location is down a little side section by Bowl and Barrel.

My daughter’s class had lice and when she got it we treated her 4 times with OTC treatments. Nothing seemed to work — so I tried Hair Fairies. They treated my daughter and myself. Trust me, it was far from cheap, but it worked. The women working there were thorough and patient, as well as very sweet. I would recommend them for anyone who is at their wits end with lice.
