Please do not go here. If you can, just use their online service. You do pretty much the same thing they do. The «tax specialist» have no idea what they are doing. They can’t answer basic questions. The office manager wrote down some info for to look up myself that he didn’t have answers to. Save the trouble, do not go here.

My tax specialist was terrible. She couldn’t even asnwer basic questions like how much will this tax preparation cost. Not even a good estimate. The customer service guy said «if the specialist doesn’t help you, i can’t do anything about it.»
terrible! i’m starting to think this place is just a bunch of accountants on free lance instead of being properly vetted out by a company!
Don’t come here!
