This popped up under the Thanksgiving Tower tunnels where there used to be an old deli. When you’re facing the entrance to Thanksgiving Tower in the tunnels where Murphy Deli used to be, its to the right hallway. The place looks the same and feels the same but the owners have changed. This place is now ran by a Vietnamese family and they’re serving Phở in downtown along with rice and vermicelli spring rolls and banh mi. The Phở is legit, way better than Colonial which is a sorry excuse for Phở.
They only have a couple workers but their food is good. I used to live in Garland and this is comparable which is surprising in Downtown. They don’t have much business now because the entrance to Thanksgiving tower has been closed but I suspect more people will come if they knew about it.
5 stars for food considering its Downtown and the price is reasonable (7.50). I had the Phở and rice plate. The Phở is the thing to get.
