What waste of time! Very condescending and acted like I was wasting their time. Will not go back! I don’t see how they stay in business. I was just trying to get a specialty key cut.

I’ve only used this company once, but service was friendly, reasonably priced and competent. I had a couple of duplicate keys made and they worked perfectly. It’s been my experience that that’s not always the case with other stores. Also, they have a nice selection of lock related items. I picked up a lanyard for my house key. I wear it when I ride my bicycle. I will try them again.

A friend recommended Golden’s Casa Linda Keys to re-​key my University Park home. They penciled us in and arrived shortly after we closed on our house. Two years later, after my painter re-​installed my front door lock improperly, I called to schedule an appointment… Julie said they were available the next day but suggested it was a quick fix and gave me step-​by-​step instructions to attempt the repair on my own. Within 5 minutes I fixed it myself, and Golden’s Casa Linda Keys won a customer for life.
