Chocolate lover’s paradise! I love me some dark chocolate!
I can go way over board when it comes to chocolate, but with the heat outside the mall, I decided to just buy minimal treats.
Godiva is one of my favorites!

The fact that it’s a chain knocks off one star immediately… just because. I’m not a fan of chains.
The chocolate is really good, but I wouldn’t say amazing. They don’t make the chocolates on-​site, but they do make chocolate covered strawberries (sexually appetizing from what I’ve heard), and other chocolate covered things there.
The service is ok. It’s the Galleria, so the staff is a bit pretentious and rude, but I guess they did their job. They gave me chocolates, I gave them money. …transaction complete!
And, as mentioned in other reviews, you get free chocolate if you sign up for the monthly club or whatever. It’s nice. Get a free piece of chocolate on occasion.
Enjoy! Give chocolate to all your friends, get everyone fat, and sign up for a gym in January! WHOO!

As a follow-​up to my other Godiva review here:
, I was quite disappointed by this place.
While my friend and I were walking around the Galleria, we stopped by here to get our chocolates of the month. The place was somewhat crowded, and surprisingly, we were told that we couldn’t get our chocolates because it was Valentine’s weekend and they were worried about running out.
We got another apology from the supervisor, but that was about it. I highly doubt two chocolates would have made a difference, especially since they were completely stocked.

Who doesn’t love to indulge in decadent chocolate now and then?
Their chocolates are yummy. I personally don’t feel that they are superior to Sees but their prices seem to indicate that they think they are.
I had a caramel chocolate that was delicious. Then I also had a cappuccino truffle and a white chocolate covered strawberry. So I went a little overboard! These 3 pieces cost me close to $ 9.
If you join their little chocolate club, you get a free chocolate immediately and one free piece a month. Free chocolate? Sign me up!
