The prices are INSANE! They did do a fabulous job though — but I really don’t feel that I should be able to buy new clothes for the price of dry cleaning. Send your nice stuff here; my husband said they did a great job on the pants and they were the only place to neatly fold his shirts with french cuffs. but seriously… I’d spend $ 200 a month if I went here for everything. NOT worth it.

Do not take anything you actually care about here. This place is awful! I took my Dianne V Furstenburg dress here to get a basic cleaning and it came back with the entire hem of the dress out. They took care of it but it took me THREEWEEKS to get it back. I then, like an idiot, took a super cute sheer shirt there. and made sure to go over it with Gracie the front desk lady. She looked it over and it was fine as I had only worn it twice. It came back ruined. The back of the shirt was stretched and ripped in several places. After several attempts at asking the owner to call me, she did and insisted that I sat on it while wearing it and there was nothing she could do. I spent over a hundred dollars on that shirt because it was beautiful. I will NEVERGOBACK.

I wanted to like this place because the girl who works there is so sweet, but the service is lacking. I brought in some clothes for alterations, clearly pinned and explained(basic hem), but it barely looked like it had been touched. They offered to fix it so we will see how that goes. Then they lost a huge rug. We waited three months, asking about it each time we dropped off or picked up other clothes, in addition to calling to inquire. Hopefully we will be reimbursed for it, but a month later, we’re still waiting. For basic dry cleaning it seems fine, but for larger items and alterations I will now go elsewhere. Again, the girl who works there is very nice, so that’s a plus.

I will start out by saying I was scared. Very scared. It had nothing to do with Glo, in any way, shape, or form. It was because I needed to dry clean a dress I spent way too much money on and needed to have it cleaned for a wedding I was in. Horrible images ran through my head of the dress getting lost mere day before I had to jet off to the wedding. I opted to drop off two dresses as I never go to the dry cleaners and I figured I might as well get another one cleaned that had been hanging in my closet for months.(I know, it’s terrible.) Glo cleaned and returned my two dresses clean, prompt, and happily hung on their hangers. Both dresses had some complex beading and/or ruching. I dropped them off one day and they were ready at five the next. It was a bit pricey but since I’m pretty much a dry-cleaning newby, I guess it’s the price you pay for maintaining nice clothes. It was $ 50 plus tax for the two. Since I was a new customer, they offered a discount. 30% off I believe. The customer service was great. When I picked up my garments, the lady behind the counter said that the owners want everyone to be happy and will resolve any issues so not to hesitate and let them know if there were any problems. I’m sure I’ll be back!

Impressed I must say! This place goes back decades along with their other locations. I took two items that I spent way too much on in the first place, even though they are so purdy. However, they are so high maintenance that you gotta keep shelling out the green to save them. I didn’t think these were salvageable, but Glo proved me wrong. What a nice surprise! Especially since this was my first time in. I was already at Paciugo next door and wanted to get these out of my car. I saw the sign advertising 30% off for new customers and went for it expecting the worst. I got both shirts back looking great that had incurred owner abuse. I mean these had been in the back of my car months with the stains just setting in more and more in a hot auto. I kept putting off that errand and came close to trashing them. These things are so fragile you could stick your finger nail through them. Lesson learned on buying stuff like this and eating Italian with sleeves that are asking to dip themselves in marinara. Go Glo Go. I was happy you saved my shirts and had another excuse to run over to Paciugo after picking them up. When I examined the results I was pleased even though I found a few minor spots they couldn’t completely get rid of. They are hardly noticeable and they worked a miracle here. The sweet woman that checked me out gave me the owners name and number in case I had any complaints or problems and said she was very reasonable. I have no complaints at all and loved the fact that she volunteered this information when I was clearly pleased with their work. My only complaint is the parking situation. Hell, I complain about that almost everywhere though ;) What do you think the DMV would do if I walked up to their window and requested a «Princess Parking Pass»?
