History

Established in 1996.

The Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center in Dallas, Texas was established by Dr. George A. Toledo in 1996 with the specific purpose of providing a comprehensive, state-​of-​the-​art facility for the cosmetic surgery patient. The surgery center meets three very important goals: safety, comfort, and privacy.

To ensure patient safety, Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center has met the top accreditation and licensure requirements. Our ambulatory surgery center has been vigorously inspected by both the Texas Department of State Health Services and the United States Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. These are the same agencies that inspect and license hospitals; our facility’s state licensure ensures that it is held to the same high standards. Combining the convenience of Preston Center with the safety of a hospital was the novel idea of Dr. Toledo for his cosmetic surgery practice.
