Patti J. Geolat is the founder and CEO of Geolat Companies and a widely known authority on the appraisal, brokerage and sale of fine jewelry. Patti’s reputation as the go-to appraiser in Dallas — and the nation — has been unsurpassed for the past 30 years.
Her ability to crack the toughest appraisal cases has earned her the respect of the entire jewelry industry. Patti’s nine year experience (2000 — 2009) as Chairman of the Board of Jewelers Mutual gives you unparalleled access to a repository of knowledge that very few possess.
She currently serves on the board of the Jewelers Security Alliance, and the North Texas Crime Commission.
Her award winning works, RX for Insurance Appraisal and The Professionals Guide to Jewelry Insurance Appraising, co-authored with C. Van Northrup and David Fedennan, remain industry standards.
