Gentle Movers

I will start with saying this is my first review, but I feel compelled to warn others about this moving service. I posted an ad on craigslist several weeks ago, Jessica with Gentle Movers responded and after a few email and phone conversations we confirmed my noon appointment on for June 3^rd.
I should have been cautious when I did not receive a confirmation call or email the day before, but let it go because it was a Sunday. On the day of my move, Gentle Movers was nowhere to be found. I called four times between 12−2pm and left several messages with two different numbers in which they could reach me. I did not even get the courtesy of a response.
Don’t let this company fool you with low prices! They cost me 8 hours of me moving my belongings up 3 flights of stairs and paying last minute help double the original quote.
