wish they had the option to click no stars cause i wasnt pleased here not one bit! Yes they are nice to you! they will sweet talk you till you the day you get your furniture! After that they made a sale and your no longer relevant. I bought a bedroom set and sofas. The set was delivered damaged the delivery guy said to call and it will get raplaced i called multiple times and kept getting the run around. After 2 months i gave up and within that time cracks appeared here and their ugh. Sofas were in good condition but the ottoman was sent a different color brown not BLACK! so called that in aswell after multiple calls we finally got told it was their and to pick it up. They loaded it, just to find out getting home it was the same brown one! WTF!!! i didnt bother it was gonna be a waste of time and get nothing in return. If you want furniture thats cheap and hold up a few months this is the place to go! but take it from me look elsewhere or save up to get pricy furniture but will last years! youve been warned!

Do NOT buy from here! As you can see, I purchased my furniture from this store with a promised delivery date of ¾ at the latest. This was a popular set from Ashley — no problem. I get that. I can wait 1.5 weeks, even though it’s some how in stock at
and other stores.
We were promised to receive a call by Sunday that delivery would happen. Sunday passes — no call. For 3 days in a row (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) I am told the manager would call that day and never did.
I am told by the salesman ONLY the manager can verify/​expedite. Here’s the kicker — the manager is the owner and he shows up based on a whim. So you are at the mercy of the owner’s schedule. Finally the delivery company calls Wednesday at 4:30pm and says they can deliver on Saturday from 3−7pm. What?! That’s 5 days late on top of the 1.5 weeks. No discount or apology from the manager or salesman.
We have a housewarming party on Friday that we will have no bedroom set for. Once they have your money, they are done with you and couldn’t care less about their delivery dates or customer relations. Given the chance again, I would pay the extra $ 40 for a reputable company.

We went to Furniture One today on a whim because we have been looking for a small couch. The store is full of great bargains on really nice furniture. The salesman was very nice. He got us approved on the spot and we walked out of the store as proud owners of a great looking sectional sofa and a beautiful area rug. They don’t sell crap furniture either. Most of it is Ashley furniture that is really reasonably priced. We definitely plan to go back when we are ready for a bedroom suite. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but trust me, you need to check them out if you are in the market for new living room furniture or bedroom furniture. Also, if they don’t have it there, you can look through a catalog and have it ordered. This is a really nice place to buy furniture. They also offer 90 days same as cash. They really made it easy for us to get what we needed NOW.
