Freeman’s Village Cleaners

I would not recommend this place for cleaning or a professional service towards customers. I went to get a 5×8 jute rug cleaned and when I dropped it off he told me a certain price, however, when I went back, he has changed the price to higher and was really rued to me and verbally abusive. My rug was bought six month previously and was in a low traffic area of my house. It wasn’t in bad condition nor dirty of stains, I took it in because I wanted it cleaned for a fresh start because the season was changing to winter. Anyways, that’s beside the point, the man working there should not be allowed to and he reaked of cigarette smoke inside of a cleaners.
Also, my rug was still damp after being rolled up and he got very upset when I opened up my rug there to take a look at it and inspect it before paying and before leaving. He then decided to take my rug while it was laid out while I was inspecting it and the odd odor the jute smelled like because it had been damp in the bag; he then unprofessionally rolled it back up real quick and threw it behind him in a pile of other items and said he would just keep it then!
There are so many other places to go, don’t get here, I highly recommend on not putting yourself through anything horrible there like I did. I have found a new cleaners on Garland road.

They’re cleaning is decent but for a jacket zipper repair I was charged $ 30 more than quoted.

Am I really writing a review of a dry cleaner? Have I stooped to that level? Well, yes, I have reviewed Fro-​Yo places multiple times and a McDonald’s once, so I can’t really get much lower than that.
So this is basic stuff, but these guys actually take pride in what they do, and shirts are really nicely pressed. They also use a clip at the collar that keeps your oxford collars from getting all fugged up like happens at most dry cleaners over time… they start doing this flopping over flip floppy collar thingy that looks like crap. See the thing is, when the dry cleaner press goes down on your shirt, it flattens that top button area, and that looks cheap and your shirt looks cheap where the tie goes. Freeman’s bypasses that with «the clip» on the collar. OMG I am such a dry cleaning dork… did I really just explain all that? Suffice it to say: if you live nearby and you care about how your cleaning looks, Freeman’s is your place.
Oh, and they use environmentally friendly chems according to their sign which is a good thing!
