I’ve been going to Dr. Bruggers for years now and she rocks!(Not for the same issue mind you.) Now saying that you need to go to a Chiropractor is not cool or sexy… but sometime necessary. She’s straightforward and will give you lots of treatment options that don’t involve surgery: Acupuncture, stemming muscles, herb and vitamins regimes, exercise plans, etc. And she uses the«activator» method which is a little kinder and more modern than the traditional«back cracker» method that makes you wonder if you felt better before you went to see the doc. So if you have a car accident, injury or just old age coming at ya go see her. You’ll be glad you did. BTW, her whole goal is to make you an EX-patient, meaning you don’t need her anymore.(I just refuse to go with my body’s limitations so every few months I get to visit Dr. Bruggers again.)
