The worst tire service I have ever had. I went in to have 2 tires replaced. The salesman told me they had to go get the tires from another location and that it would take 1.5 hrs. After waiting the 1.5 hrs shows me a crack in one of my tires that was only half way through its life span. I had the replacement coverage on the tire but they said they couldn’t replace the tire only prorate a new one. So I ended up going with the buy 3 get 1 free deal and replace all 4. Of course the other 2 tires had to be acquired from another location so I decided to come back at 7a the next morning. I called the next morning to make sure the tires were there. They told me they were and it would take 30 mins to get me in and out. After 30 mins of waiting the same guy tells me they got the wrong tires and it would be another hour at least. Needless to say I waited a total of ~5hrs between 2 days for 4 new tires. Worst tire service experience of my life. The other locations I have been to at Josey Ln or Monfort have been fine.

Friendly service nice guys honest, convienient, cable t.v. to watch while you wait… Open on Sundays. They check your tire pressure for free. I highly recommend this location. I think the manager’s name is Gene and he has helped me ‘numerous’ times. All the guys who I’ve dealt with here are very helpful. Glad they’re here!
