My husband and I had the best experience at FairLease! We were upside down on our vehicle and we just had another baby, so we needed something bigger too. Jay Stauffacher was Awesome! He did all the research and found us a Great vehicle that has just the room we needed, and was within our budget too. Not to mention, we didn’t have to drag our brood to a dealership or office. They drove the car right to our home and picked up our trade in as well. Double Awesome!!! Would highly recommend!!!

Where to begin, this experience was amazing! We had a car that we were upside down on because we got a bad deal when we first got the car; the interest rate was ridiculous!
I went on Fairlease and used the chat feature as I was at work. Thomas helped answer all of my questions and took it from there. Where do I start? Last year (August 2014) my credit union referred me to Fair Lease since I was interested in a new vehicle. I then started communicating with Kristin. I already knew what vehicle I wanted, and really it was a matter of me listening to her on why I should lease instead of purchase, which is what I have done for all of my vehicles. She explained in layman terms why leasing was a better option for me, since I change cars every 2 – 3 years. She wrote down my lease vs purchase options so that I could see first hand how either purchase would benefit/​hinder me. Kristin’s customer service is impeccable. Her follow through is amazing. Her attention to detail is beyond more than I have experienced in purchasing a car. Kristin amazed me again this week, after I referred someone else to her who was actually looking to purchase a vehicle. She gave my friend the same A-​1 customer service, attention to detail and knowledge that she gave me. As long as Kristin is with Fair Lease, she has a customer in me and I look forward to sending other people to her so that she can blow them away as well. Thank you Kristin!!!

I was more than impressed with how easy this process was. This is my first time to lease a vehicle and Sam Patterson was very patient and efficient in his efforts to getting me the right vehicle for the right price and in the time I needed it. I called him at 3:30pm on a Friday and had my brand new 2016 Elantra by the next Tuesday, delivered to my house at lunch with a full tank of gas. The car is wonderful all around and I couldn’t be happier with my experience overall. A huge thank you to FairLease and Sam Patterson for the awesome customer service! I would give more stars if I could!

I recently leased a Honda Accord through Fair Lease, and it was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. I needed a new car pretty badly, but I had been avoiding it because I dreaded the process SO MUCH. However, working with Fair Lease changed all of that. I worked with Dan Fuller and he was excellent. Even when I was a pain to work with, he always was committed to getting everything taken care of efficiently. You truly do not get personalized customer service like this anywhere else. I really just cannot say enough great things about the company and about Dan. I have had my car for just over a month and this morning Fair Lease had warm cookies delivered to my house! I will absolutely be using Fair Lease again and would recommend others do the same.

FairLease was such a great experience! It was super simple and they helped me find the perfect car. I had a mustang and still wanted something sporty but I also wanted to go for more of a sedan. I test drove a few cars and Fairlease found me the most beautiful preowned Infiniti G37S. I love the car and I loved the customer service. Thank you FairLease!

I leased my 2013 SUV from Fair Lease. It was the 1^st Vehicle I leased from them.
I went from a 2011 Acadia Denali to the 2013 version, with more upgrades, and my payment actually went down.
I’ve been leasing vehicles for 15 years now and this was probably the best deal.
They finance the lease so there is no middleman markup and there is no dealer markup.
That’s why my payment for a newer SUV was actually cheaper than my older SUV that I leased from another firm that farmed out their financing and marked up the vehicles.
Highly recommended. The staff is great and the process was as simple as it gets.
