Everything from the facility to the staff was wonderful! I filled out the application form online and received contact from the facility immediately. I went by after work to tour the facility and fill out the paperwork. The staff was extremely customer service oriented and handled all of the details perfectly. The facility is extremely secure and well monitored. Thank you so much for making the process so easy!

I’m only on my first month of renting, but the process was super easy! I filled out my information online and soon after Shannon called to set things up with me. I was able to come in within the hour, check out my unit, do my paperwork and get my keys. The facility is nice, clean and secure. Couldn’t have been easier! I would definitely recommend checking them out if you need a storage unit.

I searched all over Dallas for a storage space to house an antique collection. Lucky for me, I happened upon Extra Space on Maple. Shannon, the manager couldn’t be better. This was a very stressful move trying to co-​ordinate different movers while I was going to be half way across the country. Shannon took over, and made everything flow smoothly. Don’t go anyplace else. You aren’t going to find a better place. Extra Space is so fortunate to have an employee like Shannon. He’s gold.

This is my first experience in a storgage unit since I was a teen, wow, the experience has improved drastically! This property is very clean and the manager Shannon is fabulous, friendly and able to help with communications with our moving company. I’ll be visiting soon and will let you know if there are any changes. So far, extremely pleased with Shannon and the cleanliness!

I love this place! Shannon was so helpful he was able to get me all the supplies to move me! The prices are very reasonable and the facility is supper clean! I would recommend this storage company to everyone I love how they give me a 50.00 gift card every time I recommend some one and they rent there. It’s like a second job without a boss love it!!!

Nice facility, climate controlled and easy to access units.
Apparently, the thieves who cleaned out my storage unit thought so too. Nothing turned up on security cameras. I find that hard to believe seeing as there are lots of cameras, so I have to assume that no one bothered to check the footage or the management is incredibly incompetent. Communication from management has been non-​existent. Overall, very unhappy with this facility.
I would look elsewhere.
