We provide drop off locations and customized pick-​up services with no contracts required. eRecycler has a 100% no landfill policy. We process and recycle over 100 tons of electronic waste a month.

eRecycler proves a secure facility to guarantee that every hard drive that we receive undergoes an extensive D.O.D. software wiping procedure. We also offer physical data destruction at competitive prices. eRecycler meets and exceeds all State and Federal recycling and data destruction guidelines.

History

Established in 1999.

This all started by rescuing old Macs and getting them out to people who needed them via Internet bulletin board systems. I moved from there to auction sites in the late 90s. I worked nights and sold computer parts by day from home. After 63 computers in the house, I started renting space, and we became one of the top 500 ebay sellers in the world. We grew in size from 1500 sq. ft. to 50 000 sq. ft. in just 5 years. We learned traditional recycling methods along the way and now handle all the electronics recycling for several cities in the region.

I started this business by encouraging reuse of old electronics. I soon found myself with many items that just could not be reused efficiently. We began disassembling items and saving some parts for reuse and recycling others. Over time we created many new categories of electronic recyclables for these various components. We are proud to still be have been recycling computers and electronics here in Dallas Texas for the last 15 years.
