Established in 2004.

Downtown Barbershop started 10 years ago, known as Jims Barbershop. Jim retired 3 years ago and myself Matt took over the shop, changed the name to its current, and has been serving Dallas and the greater Polk County area since.

Business Owner

I have been an Oregonian since the day I was born, growing up in McMinnville. I have always been interested in the art of old time barbering. After high school I did like most and entered the work force, mostly construction and the like. The mid 2000’s hit and took a toll on my work as well as many other’s. After a few layoff’s I attended haircutting school and begain my carrier in barbering, and that’s what bring’s me here today.
