Franchesca N.

Business Owner

A recent Miami, Florida arrival, Nor graduated summa cum laude from Johnson and Wales University, where she majored in Culinary and Food Service Management (2006). She has since worked in the restaurant/hospitality industry.

Born and raised in Southern California, Nor is the daughter of a Brazilian and a Highland Park native. Her new concept and venture, Dive Restaurant, centers around a menu that reflects influences from her childhood as well as her travels and education.

Nor became interested in food at a very young age, from the legendary restaurants of Los Angeles in her childhood to her culinary journey in Florence, Italy where she attended a course at

The Cordon Bleu School in 2001.
