DFW Property Solutions

I live in Seattle and my beloved father unexpectedly passed away in Texas. My sister and I inherited our dad’s house and we become out-​of-​state landlords. We hired Bill Sabino at DFW Property Solutions to handle all of our property management needs. Mr. Sabino took great care of our dad’s house. He was professional and trustworthy, which was extremely important since we had to rely upon his representations. It still amazes me that we never met him in person and yet he took such good care of us. Mr. Sabino doesn’t know this, but I flew to Texas on multiple occasions to drive by our house and check in with my dad’s neighbors. Despite the fact that it was very sad to see my dad’s house knowing that my hero no longer lived there, it was very comforting for me to see it in such good condition. Mr. Sabino was our property manager for three years until we recently sold the house. His office manager, Beatriz, was also extremely helpful. I am so grateful to have had their guidance and professional expertise during the most stressful and difficult period in my life.
