The Worst
Paid the deposit and never heard from them. Called 8 weeks later and they said another week. Finally got scheduled to install and then they changed time, tried to reschedule and uncooperative. Said they would refund, never got it.
Using American Express to get money, Smaal Claims next if needed.
STAY AWAY from these guys.

DFW Premium Shutters did a great job on my plantation shutters! They came out to measure my windows and give me an initial quote. I had another company give me a quote and their cost was more than twice what DFW Premium Shutters quoted me. In addition, the turnaround time on the shutters from DFW Premium Shutters was about half as long as the other company said it would take. The installation was quick and easy and the installers actually arrived early. The shutters are very high quality and exactly what I was expecting. I highly recommend them!

DFW Premium Shutters did an amazing job on my plantation shutters! They have the best customer service of any company I have worked with in a very long time. They came out to measure my windows and give me an initial quote, came back again when I decided to add more windows to the order, let me purchase my own custom trim that they came to pick up, painted additional trim for me, and kept me up-​to-​date throughout the whole process! Their turnaround time was 3x faster than the turnaround time of any other company I met with! The shutters are very high quality and exactly what I was expecting. I highly recommend them!

I had my shutters installed by this company a couple months ago. They did a fantastic job. The shutters look amazing. They were on time for every appointment and called me several times to let me know the status of my shutters. The shutters were installed in 4 – 6 weeks as promised. Everything was just wonderful, they have great customer service, I’m very glad I went with this company. Thank you so much for my beautiful shutters.

They do not show up for appointments. I had to take vacation time to meet them at the house for a measurement and they pulled a no show. All they could say was sorry. This happened twice; the first time it was a plain no show without a call, the second time they called 30 minutes late and said they would not be able to make it to the house. I have had enough of them. Run far away from them and their non-​service.
