Terrible service. I called for a tow truck, and was told on the phone that they would charge $ 55 if I wasn’t there for the tow truck. I was not only here, and used the tow, I paid $ 173 for the tow. Yet this company still charged me $ 55 on top of that. I have been given a run around for over a month now, with no money returned and excuse after excuse. I will be going to my bank and reporting them, and this charge for fraud. Find another more honest business. These guys apparently don’t care, and refuse to return money they had no right to charge.

Misleading quote and poor customer service! Use another Locksmith. I was told that it would cost $ 55, that it would be between $ 20-​$ 60 and then I was charged $ 115! I called to speak to dispatcher about cost and Lavi was very rude and hung up on me. Take your business elsewhere, they don’t care about their customers and are dishonest.

SCAM ARTISTS AND THUGS! Called to help fix a lock on a business door and informed of the $ 39 initial fee– the repair person ran the bill up to $ 440 for less than one hour of work. When we contacted the manager about the price he told us «if you don’t pay, we have ways of making you pay». Don’t trust these guys– should have realized how unprofessional they were thru phone communication and how much of a rush they were in to try to get credit card information before evening doing the work! Please save yourself with your money and verbal threats from unprofessional con-​artists.

Super quick service. Guy was here 30 minutes after I called them. I had to get my keys made after I had my stuff stolen. Much cheaper then having to tow my car and have the dealership make them. They are part of the Better Business Bureau, i checked the BBB site to confirm so it made me feel safe to have them come mess with my car.
Quick service, Straight forward, cheaper than dealership pricing, Safe and reliable. 2 Thumbs up.

Being a single mom and living alone there are always reservations about letting any strangers into your home for any reason. However when my spare house keys came up missing I had some security and safety concerns so I anxiously began calling locksmiths. Not many could accomodate my «after normal business hours» schedule without charging some kind of outrageous «emergency» fee. When I reached Delta the lady that answered was really helpful and understanding. She explained my options and broke down all the prices for me. Usually when you schedule an appointment with a window of time the guy will show up a few hours AFTER that time. I scheduled a time frame between 7 – 9 and he called me at 630 to let me know he was on the way, and was there by 6:55! (which is another bonus, they were extremely flexible with with my schedule and had pretty good availability. I called last minute and they were able to provide same day service after work for me!
Once the guy arrived he immediately put me at ease. He was very courteous and polite. He even patiently put up with my four year olds non stop questions! The locksmith showed me different options for each lock but also demonstrated how quickly and easily most locks could be picked, plus if anyone found your key they could just take it and go make a copy! I chose to have something called a multi-​lock put on because of the safety concerns and this particular lock is virtually unpickable even by locksmiths and keys can not be copied! He was fast and efficient and when I received the bill… no surprises! No hidden fees, labor charges, emergency fees etc. Also they offered a 90 day warranty on new hardware.
The overall expierence was surprisingly easy and stress free. (The guy even swept up after himself!!) It feels good to come home knowing I am safe. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a reliable trustworthy company.

Called to have my car key replaced and the man on the phone was extremely rude and talked to me like i was an idiot. After sitting on hold for over 30 minutes i called another locksmith and was greeted and assisted like a customer should be. Will never use this place!

I called on a Saturday afternoon after locking my keys in my car at my house. The receptionist answered saying she could have someone at my house in 25 minutes and it would cost $ 39.95 for the service call and rates started at $ 25 and went up from there. She said at minimum it would be $ 65. This car is an old beat thing and has manual locks. GREAT, I said! She said that the locksmith would call me in a few minutes. He called 15 mins later…1st sign that there was already a problem. He said he would be there in 20 – 30 minutes… I said fine. 45 minutes go by and no locksmith. I called him back he said that he was on his way and would be there in 10 – 15 mins. I was a little upset and told him so and he said he would take 10% off the service (2nd sign). He arrived 20 mins past his 2nd estimated time… so basically from the time I called he showed up 1 ½ hours later. He brings over the quote and it is $ 39.95 + $ 90 — 10%!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I said this is much higher than I was expecting… he said… now get this… your door is very tight and I will have to take extra precautions so as not to damage it. I am thinking have you looked at the car… damage is all over it! So, he did get the keys out… so that is why I gave him 1 star. You can make the call for yourself… I would advise not to use!
