I submitted a request for an insurance quote for my small business. This agency failed to discuss their procedures and explain why I had to sign documents for a quote. When this agency couldn’t find a carrier to underwrite a policy for my small business, I never heard from them. After a follow up email from me, the agency casually wrote back and said, «thanks for the opportunity.»
Poor communication. Poor customer service.
