I would never do business with this company ever again. I feel that I was completely scammed. Long story short, I’ve gotten the run around, been hung up on (in mid sentence — and I am a very nice person!!), and only got 20% of my files recovered from my simple external hard drive. I’m not sure that I have ever written a «bad» review. A company has to be pretty terrible for me to do so. Be warned!
