Wow! I don’t even like pizza but I love this place! Very friendly service, affordable and quality food. It was delicious. I brought in a large group of teenage girls after seeing it on Unilocal and I appreciated them being courteous(some places get frustrated and show it) and serving us quickly and efficiently. I had the ham and cheese calzone. It was only $ 6.75 and it was huge! I could only eat half of it. They also have great desserts! I was able to sample the cheesecake and then I had tiramisu, both delicious! If you’re in this area definitely give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve eaten here the two most recent times I’ve traveled from Missouri and I really enjoy coming here. The food is great and the atmosphere is as well. Its just a busy little hole in the wall with a food court atmosphere almost. My friend and I have tried a few things on the menu and enjoyed them both visits.

Very professional, great tasting food and wonderful attitudes each and every time I visit, if you’re looking for great place to enjoy authentic pizza this is the place to go hands down.

Oh man the lasagna, the chicken wings, the spaghetti, even the bread, everything was perfect. The wings were just the right amount of hot, the lasagna was cheesy, beefy, and peppery, and the meatballs were excellent! I’ll be ordering from them again!

Not bad. A quick bite was all we were looking for and this place fit the bill. I only tried the pepperoni pizza, but it was on par with what you’d expect from a quick service food court style pizzeria. The Stromboli looked really good, I have to say, and I watched as the employee(or perhaps the owner) worked the dough balls and created new ones. Plenty of seating. It kind of pisses me off though when an establishment tries to place secondary rules on things they have no business trying to control, like refills from the soda fountain. If I’m paying a fairly ridiculous price for a fountain drink(that costs the owner probably 10 cents) I’ve paid for the right to do whatever the hell I want to do with that drink, thanks very much.

I was really disappointed in the Fettuccine Alfredo I had. The sauce didn’t really taste like Alfredo, or anything for that matter. The shrimp in the pasta was tasty and a good size. The bread that came with the meal was also good. I’ll have to give their pizza a try and see if I like it better.

The pizza was jumbo size and very good but the Phylii cheese stake was the best in town

Great food! The Stromboli, the pizza. Friendly staff. Try it out! It’s pretty sitting on the tram line so it’s very easy to access. Close to hotels and other nearby conveniences. Clean quiet atmosphere.

$ 6.00 inc tax for a huge, loaded supreme slice, a full inch thick, tastes exceptional, and a large fountain soda, with refill! Less than five minutes to table! Antique style building and furnishings, and right at the train stop for West End. You really can’t beat this place. Right next to Chipotle – same building!

Came looking for a quick lunch, and the baked ziti delivered: cheesy, and plenty of plainly fresh, tasty marinara. Servers were friendly.

I usually eat here about once a week. I really have never had anything bad here… have had pizza, stromboli, chicken calzone… and all of it is usually very good. The owner always seems very friendly. Well, at least I think he is the owner.

Things to eat here: Slice of pizza, several pasta dishes Things not to eat: Chicken Parm I like the pizza here in the sense that it’s a good place on the West End to get a solid slice of pizza. It seems like most fast food Italian they kind of mix home made with some frozen food. So, their pizza and some pasta is solid but the chicken on the chicken parm seems like it came from a box and was just fried and covered in cheese. Go here for a slice and if you venture out into their other options, you may hit a pre-frozen land mind. I also tried their specialty pasta which was chicken, veggies and Alfredo and it was pretty excellent.

Great cheese pizza! Try to eat in the restaurant because it is really good when it comes straight from the oven.

You want some New York style pizza? Jump in over here for a quick but big slice of pepperoni. They have good deals on meals. Ex: slice of pep, salad, and drink for 6,99 or 5.99 I forget. It’s right next to el centro and many other buildings so it can get a little busy during the lunch rush. Check out the other meal deals like the chicken Alfredo with a salad and drink. I think it’s only around a dollar more. Verdict: quick easy tasty meals for when you are on the go. Or find a spot in the cluster of tables and seats.

We had just left the Dallas World Aquarium a few Saturday’s back. we had planned on a late lunch at the Corner Bakery nearby. Turns out they are closed on Saturday. So, we walked down a little further to Chipotle and the line was to the door. Right next door was Dante’s. No line and the guy behind on the counter was waving us in. So we went on in. Great decision! We got 3 pizzas, salads and beverages for under 20 bucks. Only took about 5 minutes to get our food as well. The pizza was delish! The salad was alright. the guy globbed on so much dressing, I didn’t care for it. But otherwise, we were very pleased that we gave it a try. We’ll be back next time we are in the area! I’d like to try the desserts, they look very delish.

Oh goodness, no. Nasty, nasty pizza. I ordered a slide of pepperoni that looked like it had been sitting there since the early lunch crowd. I, on the other hand, was ordering at 3PM. The pepperoni was foul. Greasy and a bad taste. I should have opted for the cheese only. I really should have opted for the cheese only slice! I ate maybe three bites, picked the pepperoni off, but the flavor had melted into the pizza. In the bin it went. The garden salad was OK. Most of the lettuce was good; a few wilted leaves. I ate the whole thing since the slide was a no-go. Soda machine was fine. I’m normally an iced tea drinker, but I wasn’t confident that the tea containers had ever been cleaned.(The area was really untidy.) The only things going for this place is the price? Slide, salad and drink was either $ 5.99 or $ 6.99 or something. Nevertheless — avoid. Not good. At all.

4 stars because the salads and breadsticks are darn good 2 stars because they serve old pizza that’s been under a heat lamp all day. To be fair, I’ve only been there for dinner time so the pizza and calzones may be good earlier in the day.

Perfect for a slice. I was switching from the DART Orange Line to the Red Line, at the West End Station, and saw the sign for slices. So I popped in and had one. Very solid slice and filled the emptiness growing in my stomach. For a bite on the go, it worked out great. They also have the full pasta lineup if piza is not your thing.
