Dandelion Cheesecakes is a special order cheesecake bakery. Our gourmet cheesecakes are handmade and made-​to-​order with fresh premium ingredients. We believe that delicious cheesecakes should be baked in a kitchen, not manufactured in a Factory.

All of our sauces are made in house, and all of our cakes are baked when ordered, so please give us up to 48 hours notice.

History

Established in 2013.

Shannon grew up in Virginia and Las Vegas. Her mother was a nurse, and her father served in the Army. Her mom made extra money for the family by making cheesecakes and selling them to country clubs and restaurants.

Her father’s Army career meant Shannon’s family moved around frequently. As a little girl she learned that home wasn’t where you lived, it was wherever mom made cheesecakes. As a young woman, she inherited her mom’s famous cheesecake recipe and began making them for friends and family. After a while the requests for her unique cheesecakes became so frequent that starting Dandelion Cheesecakes was the only way she could keep up with the demand.

A life on the road has taught Shannon that home is anywhere that people love her cheesecakes, and family is anybody you share cheesecake with.

Scott has lived and eaten delicious food on four different continents. The noodle carts and tropical fruits of Indonesia were his first loves, and growing up there fostered
