Dishonest. Tried to say my gold was 10k when it was 14k. She told me her dye was not working right but I feel that this is part of their practice to try to deceive people who look like they aren’t aware. I have appraisal that lists as 14k. I shouldn’t have to defer to my appraisal to correct the expert.

Don’t trust these guys. The older woman who works here flat out lied to me on a recent visit here. Do these people believe that it is not easy to verify the value and history of jewelry with a few google searches? When I pointed out that she was.ahem.“incorrect”, she proceeded to lie about all sorts of other things. Wow, what a piece of work. I got out of there before any of the slime rubbed off on me.

The employee that helped me was really nice, she was sensitive to not saying one of my pieces was basically worthless, she was quick and courteous, giving me the best reasonable price for two of my necklaces. She even went out of her way to ask the manager to adjust her offer she made to me to gelp me part with it easier, there was no pressure and had cash in hand and out the door in twenty minutes.
