I like the staff. And this place really has a tranquil feel… Very private and no one coursing you into buying more than you need to. Its probably the easiest and the best place to go in the Dallas-​Fort Worth area for a colonic.

I love this place for my colonics. Always on time, clean, to the point. I am a fan of the open system colonics and I love that I get to have my own space and am by myself. My body is able to relax more and I can really get more out of it when I am alone.
Staff is friendly and helpful, they always give probiotics and electrolytes after session. Most of the time when I come early I don’t have to wait or anything. :)
As far as colonics go in DFW area, this is def the best in my opinion.

At the time of this posting, only two reviews were written both dated back to January 2013 and June 2012. I should have known that this place wasn’t going to be what I expected especially with two dated reviews and the fact that I went to a colon care center for an ionic foot detox bath. I should have went with my first instinct to not book here but decided against it.
I wanted an ionic foot detox bath and doing a search on Unilocal,I got spas (for massages and reflexology) but not actual foot detox baths. Then, when I did a google search, only three caught my eye. I narrowed it down to this one because one of the websites I googled was too pricey ($ 115 consultation in addition to the cost of the foot detox bath) and the other website I had found, I tried calling but they did not answer.
On the plus side, the Dallas Colon Care Center (DCCC) had same day appointments. I called literally an hour before my scheduled appointment with Mary (the receptionist and lady who performed my ionic foot detox bath). Due to an accident on 75, I was 30 minutes late but I had called five minutes before my newly scheduled appointment time and Mary told me that it would be ok and to still come when I could and get here safely which I thought was sweet.
When I finally arrived I noted how quiet it was. I actually thought I was the only client but she informed me (after she got my ionic foot detox bath going) that there were others in the building which is why I couldn’t get a room with a TV since those rooms were occupied. For 30 – 40 minutes (because I couldn’t use my phone during the foot detox bath), I was stuck staring at a wall in a slightly uncomfortable chair (that didn’t have much back support).
Pricing was what I expected, $ 40. Mary’s friendliness was welcoming but I don’t think I will return. I felt DCCC is not up-​to-​date with their equipment or knowledgeable about the ionic foot detox bath. The reason I feel they aren’t up to date with their equipment was because I could literally buy everything that was used and make my own ionic foot detox bath at home: a bucket, a clear trash liner, tap water (YES tap water not even bottled deionized or distilled water), sea salt and the aqua chi system, then printed out the ionic foot detox color chart from the internet (which is how their color chart was printed, page 3 of 3 from
). At other spas I have seen, the ionic foot detox baths are actually in medical grade spa seats, the water comes from jets and they seemed to use more up-​to-​date equipment. Lastly, when I asked questions about why it was bad that some of these flecks and colors were in my water, I didn’t receive a detailed explanation aside from «it just isn’t good to have in the body.»

When I came into Dallas Colon Care Center for the first time, it wasn’t my idea, I went on the urging of my wife. I was going to the bathroom once a day, and I was good with that, I didn’t think I needed colonics. But at her insistence, I did not only 1 colonic, but a series of 6 that we spread out over 4 weeks. According to the ladies there, going to the bathroom once a day was good, but for the amount of food I was eating, I should be going 2 – 3 times a day. I was nervous getting started, but Deanna was very patient and supportive and was there when I needed her to be. I was probably her toughest client.
The first 4 sessions were okay, a bit crampy, and I didn’t really feel any different afterwards, but my wife and Deanna insisted I continue to get the best results. I eat very clean today, but I didn’t always. I used to drink more Dr. Pepper than water, if you know what I mean. I came in for the 5^th session, and I don’t know what happened, but it was like the flood gates opened. In the 45 minutes I was on the table, I had not 1 bit of clear water, it was muddy, murky water the entire time. I got off the table at the end of the session and felt so clean, it was almost as if I could breathe deeper, my colon felt that empty. That next day, like turning on a light switch I started going to the bathroom twice a day. I couldn’t believe a procedure that just puts water in my colon could effect me so much.
I am now a believer, and do colonics 2 – 3 times a year for maintenance. Everyone at Dallas Colon Care Center is very kind and attentive, and the place is always clean and well maintained.

Went there yesterday to get an aqua chi foot bath with two others and I guess the receptionist on the phone misunderstood and thought we all wanted colonics! I’m not opposed. Even had it done before but didn’t want it the day we all went. They can only do one person at a time for a foot bath. We were on a time schedule so only one of us got to do it. It wasn’t me. It looked pretty cool. I will be going back for that for sure.
Place is very clean. And once we got there were very informative about all services they provided.
