A word to the wise when dealing with CST, make note of every single little conversation, email/phone call attempt… etc To make a long story short — it took 9 months to clear up an error made by CST and the party they were representing. If you are looking for a collections agency to represent your company, I’d look elsewhere. I am quite sure that it was CSTs lack of organization which caused this matter to take so long to be cleared up. The original party cc’d me on all emails to CST to close our account as well as when they’d summarize a conversation had via phone in regards to my companies account. It also took several attempts and three very rude employees to get a letter confirming that they had closed our account. I was actually asked if I wanted them to ‘throw away 42 cents on a stamp” to send this to me. HA! to them, they sent three of them on accident, all arriving the same day & costing them $ 1.26 :p
