History
Established in 2009.
I was a dessert caterer in So. California for several years. I’m a passionate baker, who believes that if it isn’t exceptional, it’s not worth the calories. I got into this business, because I couldn’t find a bakery in Dallas (when I moved here) that I thought had exceptional baked goods. I knew that I could do a lot better with my own homemade recipes. I’m very, very picky, and felt that if I loved my goodies, so would the rest of the public. I was right! I was encouraged by many people that I catered for, to open up my own bakery. With the help of my husband (he’s the business/brainy side of this) I was fortunate enough to do so. In July of 2010 I am opened up a second location in Preston Hollow. I’m very excited and blessed, to be sure.

I won a chocolate chip cookie contest back in the late 80’s — that surely gave me the «bug» to proceed in baking for people. I just love to bake, and mostly, love being able to meet the people that come into my shop and by my products. It gives me so much pleasure hearing their kind comments and compliments. After just 4 months of opening up my Snider Plaza store, Forbe’s Traveler awarded us one of the best choc. chip cookies in the nation. We were jumping for joy — what an honor. It’s the same cookie recipe that I created back in the 80’s, that won the Best Choc. Chip Cookie in Orange County. I’m a passionate baker, who will never stop creating, or trying to make the best of the best. It’s my goal in life!
